Outstanding organization from both the broker, to sales agent and technical marketing from my perspective. Broker/owner Jason visited the property, made suggestions for certain fixes so FHA, VA mortgages would cover the home (import in marketing any property) and then within 12 hours sent a full market analysis with comparable homes recently sold and currently on the market, and recommended an asking price based on comps and his knowledge of the current market. The production of both photos and a virtual tour happened almost immediately after we signed the listing agreement and the house was on the market/on line the next day. Communication from both the broker and agent was superior, not only in terms of simply keeping me posted, but they also answered any text messages or emails the same day! As I lived 45 minutes away from the property, Nocher Realty took over the general winter issues like snow clearing and regularly monitoring the heat level in the house. This was a huge relief of worries by me. The overall market strategy Nocher Realty put in place was incredible. From pricing the property, to carefully setting up showing appointments, generating offers and then using multiple offers to leverage the final selling price which was significantly over the initial asking price. Jason Nocher and his staff have excellent working relationships with lending institutions which came in handy when Jason and Agent Maureen had to present a full marketing analysis to an appraiser who initially was inclined to set a lower value to the property for mortgage purposes. Knowing what they are selling, the overall market climate and home values in the current environment is essential to the timely selling of a home/property and Nocher Realty has that tenfold. I recommend them without hesitation! read more

Two months into listing our home--and just two weeks before an 800-mile move with three kids--we unexpectedly needed a new realtor. It was daunting to hand over our home to someone we barely knew, but Jason stepped in with confidence, a clear plan, and the ability to deliver that he proved by showing us his and his agents' numbers from 2025 and the first 2 quarters of this year in comparison with other realty companies. After 64 days on the MLS with only two showings, we signed a short contract of just 6 weeks with Jason. He had our home under contract in ONE week and closed in under FIVE!!! What stood out? Professional photography, detailed floor plans, a 360° virtual tour, consistent listing updates every 72 hours, marketing all over the USA, 100% seller-focused representation, and a true commitment to making the process easier. He literally did EVERYTHING so we could leave. From coordinating inspections and legal details to handling repairs, mowing the lawn while we were away, and even solving a drain issue the morning of closing--his team went far beyond what we expected. He owned EVERY hiccup in the process so we could focus on what was ahead of us. Jason didn't just come to sell our house. He came because he believed he could help us--and when we needed it most, he delivered. read more

Barb Demers was very easy to talk to and always available and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Not only is Barb a top-notch realtor, but she is also exceptionally attentive to the needs of her clients. She has a remarkable ability to provide guidance, reassurance, and support during what can be a very stressful time. As someone who tends to carefully analyze and question every step of the process, I truly appreciated her patience, understanding, and professionalism. Throughout both the sale of my home and the purchase of my new one, Barb was always accessible, responsive, and willing to answer any questions I had. Her knowledge, dedication, and compassionate approach made a significant difference and helped make a complex process much more manageable. Buying and selling a home can be overwhelming, and having a realtor who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely caring is invaluable. I am very grateful for all of Barb's hard work and would not hesitate to recommend her to others.  Sincerely, Diane Spina read more

We had the pleasure of working with Jason Nocher of Nocher Realty on the recent sale of our Adams home. He was there for us throughout the entire process, meeting with us months before putting the house on the market, advising us on preparing the property for sale, assisting us and keeping us updated through each step. The fact that by the time the house went on the market we had already moved out of state, and the fact that this sale was occurring in the midst of the pandemic, made it even more crucial to have a responsive and trustworthy realtor, and that we had in Jason. There were certainly difficulties with the property, and he made dealing with them so much easier for us, from finding and even contacting companies to do needed work, to making a quick trip up to the property to check out a potential problem. We could not have been happier with our experience. His expertise and competence were so reassuring for us. We highly recommend Jason and Nocher Realty. They certainly came through for us! read more

We loved working with Nocher Realty, specifically with Michelle Picard. We cannot recommend her and this company highly enough. We originally worked with Michelle to buy our house in North Adams in 2021. We made the tough decision to sell the house in 2024 and we knew exactly who we wanted to call. Michelle got the house photographed and listed in no time at all, showed it many times and got us an offer than we were extremely happy with. Closing on the house sale was so easy from our end, even including the fact that we were remote. We have now worked with Michelle and Nocher to buy our house and to sell the house, and we had an incredibly easy and pleasant experience in each case. I would highly recommend anyone buying or selling in the area that Nocher serves to use them and Michelle. read more

I have multiple listings with Derek Strzepa at Nocher Realty. Two of which were sold 1 month after listing them give or take a few days. My properties are multifamily buildings which requires an understanding of the rental investment business, an ability to coordinate multiple people's schedules for showings, as well as implementing effective negotiation and pricing strategies. Derek excels in all of those areas making for short closing timelines. His ability to follow through with the approach we set in place proved extremely effective and resulted in speedy sales. If you are selling a home whether individual or multifamily, I strongly urge you to contact Derek at Nocher Realty. read more

Nocher Realty/Jay Nocher are second to none. We have bought and sold multiple properties (from South Carolina to Massachusetts) and Jay is hands down the best there is. The knowledge, attention to detail, and quick responses to any and all of our questions (and there were many), far exceeded our expectations. When I told him that I needed this house, he hit the floor running and made it happen. From the buyer and sellers stand point, he worked hard and fast and kept our best interest in mind. If you are looking for the best deal in this difficult market, go see Jay Nocher. You won't be disappointed. #buythehouse read more

Maureen Kirby is, without a doubt, the most helpful, knowledgable and professional real estate agent I have ever worked with. She was always available to deal with some very difficult issues with regard to the sale of my brother's property. She was energetic and resourceful in solving problems. The fact that I live in Maryland and Maureen was in Massachusetts might have been difficult for a less-dedicated agent. Maureen was always right there. I cannot praise her highly enough. Nocher Realty is lucky to have such an employee to represent them. read more

I've used Nocher three times now - to buy and to sell. I wish I had more stars to give. It's hard to find people so knowledgeable, patient, and creative. One of my recent deals was also TINY. I mean... just... itty bitty. The seller's agent was completely checked out. I think he didn't think it was worth his time. My Realtor treated it just like any other. You wouldn't have known he was making about eighty-seven cents commission. THAT is a dedicated professional. I'll never go anywhere else... but I hope my next deal makes us all more than that! read more

WOW, what an agency! I have bought 2 houses now with different agents of this agency and I could not speak more highly of them and of their whole team. They are extremely knowledgeable in the whole home buying process, as we all know it can be a very intimidating process. The guidance and reassurance I received the first time with buying and then the second time selling & buying was very comforting to walk into. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone buying and/or selling, only if you are looking for the absolute best!! read more

I had a wonderful experience working with Christian Garner of Nocher Realty. Maureen Kirby was outstanding as our buyer agent for our recent condo sale. She's extremely thorough and her follow through is exceptional. She helped us through each step as we prepared for the sale, through to the closing. She brought in professional photographers for the listing, organized the open house and coordinated the inspections, including with the fire dept. and final inspection in preparation for the closing. We would highly recommend her and Nocher Realty for your buying or selling needs. read more

The realtor Derek Strzepa, from NOCHER REALTY, treated our home search and purchase like we were his only client. Although having other showings, he never failed to pick up the phone or respond quickly to our texts. Can't imagine a nicer guy. Jeff and Heather King from (Nocher Realty) were fantastic to work with as RE agents to help my parents sell a secondary property. They are extremely knowledgeable about the RE market and they helped during every step of the way, including negotiations with the buyer. I highly recommend them! read more

Jim was great. He was a true advocate for us and did so much to help us with the process. He was always available to answer any questions, and guide us through the process. When our lender told us we had to do the closing at their choice of office that was very inconvenient to us, he called them and the venue was switched which really helped us out. He truly went above and beyond and by the end, we really felt we had a friend. read more
