She blamed the kitchen, as someone who has worked in the restaurant industry I know she forgot about putting it in. When we finally received our entree's, she didn't bring us our sides. How does one forget about a salad and house chips? I had to ask for a refill for my husband, and she brought him the wrong drink. It felt like we didn't belong. I guess if you're not a regular customer or from the area you shouldn't dine here. I have never felt so unwelcomed at any establishment in my life. We have never given a $0 tip until this evening. Mia got nothing for doing absolutely nothing and forgetting about us. I suggest that she gets retrained, and maybe taught to not lie to her customers.
