Quality Limo was more than accommodating to these requests however we did ensure proper compensation (2+ hours and a good tip) as a thank you. The service was fantastic. The driver was timely and organized and had a great sense of humor as we in the backseat were enjoying the giggle filled sillyness that often accompanies such events. We were only turned around once which I have to take responsibility for due to a lack of sense of direction and a substantial amount of wine consumption. I have been on several wine tours over the years and this was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable thus far. I will certainly book with them again in the future. Cheers! Soren

I usually take the ~7am northbound route and get to work a little before 9am. I get picked up from my house and get dropped off right by my work! I don't think it can get much better than this for the price. Each ride is $10 one way, but if you purchase in bulk you can get a discount. Admittedly, my commute is a bit longer through Minyvan compared to using public transportation because of traffic and picking other passengers up, but it is worth it for the convenience and comfort! The Minyvans are all wi-fi equipped and each seat has a tablet in front of it with Netflix installed! I take the ~5:30pm southbound Minyvan after work and get dropped off at home around 7pm. The drivers are always very timely. Once in a blue moon, the Minyvan is delayed (i.e. when it rains everyone in the Bay Area forgets how to drive) but they always let me know in advance the new pick-up time so I'll just do a little extra work in the office before I head downstairs. They have also added a feature in the Duet app that I can track the live location of the Minyvan. All in all, this is a great find and I encourage any SF to Peninsula (or vice versa) commuters to check it out! I don't see a reason to commute to work any other way!

Sonny made everything so easy for me, which really calmed my nerves. I spent hours online searching for limo/shuttle companies, and sending out emails to any legitimate looking company I could find, and Sonny responded quickly to my inquiry and we even talked on the phone for a little while so I could explain everything I was looking for. I was planning a Sonoma food & wine tasting event for my birthday, for 20 people. I was having everyone pay for their food & wine tasting so I wanted to treat everyone to some comfortable transportation up to the wine country. Sonny sent me different pricing options, and photos of the different shuttles. Everything was so reasonably priced and looked gorgeous in the photos! I would mention to other companies what my budget was and they all sort of laughed in my face...Sonny, on the other hand, spent time talking me through the different prices and what I could expect (and it didn't break the bank)!! I even decided to swing by their offices to see the vehicles, just to really make sure this was what I wanted, and the shuttles were clean, well-maintained, and very sleek. I WAS SOLD! (Not to mention the fact that everyone in the office was incredibly nice and welcoming when I stopped by.) On the day of the event, I had all my friends meet me at the Civic Center in San Francisco for a good central location. I didn't see the shuttle and it was getting close to the time we were supposed to leave, so I was really nervous all of my plans were going to crumble in front of me. However, I realized soon after that the shuttle had been parked around the corner the entire time waiting for us. We all quickly hopped on the shuttle and my friends could not stop "oooo"-ing and "ahhhh"-ing. The interiors were beautiful and classy...we were truly riding in style! We plugged in our music and got the show on the road! (I had rented the Luxury Shuttle Bus for this event - which could actually hold 26 people if I wanted.) Our driver was Sufian and he was awesome! Always had a smile on his face. (He didn't even bat an eye when we requested to make a quick stop at a convenient store to pick up some more beverages!) We got to our destination on time, and he was there to pick us up as soon as we were finished! I had planned a tight schedule, but all went smoothly. We were warned that if the limo/shuttle got incredibly messy and needed to go in for an extra cleaning, we would need to pay the additional cleaning/sanitation fee, and that's definitely what we ended up having to do. HOWEVER, even with the sanitation fee, everything was still so reasonably priced compared to other companies. If I ever need to rent a shuttle/limo service again, I'm calling Sonny up immediately! This was one of the best events I have organized and my friends still talk about it. I couldn't have done it without this professional shuttle service. Thank you, Sonny & team! You truly made this past birthday unforgettable!!

That said, I got a voucher for this place from a design job I finished recently (not from yelp btw so this review isn't for that). To be honest, I had no clue what to do with it initially. I checked online and they had a had a huge list of services so I thought, why not? Although I was tempted by the party bus option, I ended up using it to drop my family off at the airport for our trip to Seattle instead. Booking was as easy as it gets, and when it came time they arrived about 15 minutes early so that's 5 stars for attendance. The drive was a little long but expected on the 101 freeway. We didn't mind though since Russell, our driver, turned out to be a pretty cool guy. Lucky for us, he had some experience in Seattle so he gave us a couple recommendations for what to do there. He listened to a lot of our concerns too when we needed a pit stop and in the end he got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Overall, it was a pretty good experience for us PS. For anyone in the future who tries them out, I totally recommend you to review their party bus or wine tours for me so I know what I missed out on. Maybe I'll even bump my review up a star once I try those out haha.

Beautiful cars, courteous drivers, reasonable prices. Aleks and his drivers gave me great peace of mind because I had to book car service my memory-challenged parents from their home to the airport on a day that I was not traveling with them. I was greatly reassured that Aleks car would be on time, patient, and could handle the payments remotely. They were delivered to the airport and picked up on return without issue. We require a Chevy suburban for our group and I've had frustrating experiences trying to get an oversize SUV on Uber and lyft. Sometimes small SUVs arrive that cannot accommodate our luggage. Aleks' Black Suburbans are beautifully maintained and terrifically clean. His driver Gela is the epitome of European elegance, and graciously loaded all of our luggage. Their Covid protocols were top notch, the driver wore a mask and gloves, and offered hand sanitizer to us all as soon as we entered the car. I'm sure he would've been willing to drive with windows down if we asked. Additionally, I was able to pay directly on Venmo which was very appreciated.

For less than a cab ride, he took us where we needed to go, and my parents ended up using him to get to the airport a few days later. Recently, when I was coming back from London and my mom was flying in to SF on the same day, my dad reminded us of Go Go and this time James picked my mom up and then returned a few hours later to pick me up. I used Go Go again this past weekend when flying back from Wisconsin. This time, Allen picked me up, and was extremely patient and courteous after my flight was delayed by almost three hours and my bags were delayed, getting me in past midnight. He even had a cold bottle of water waiting for me. I've not had much luck using the various van services when flying in to SFO and I always dread the thought of an hour long Bart ride after being on a plane. Go Go Transportation is professional and courteous. Their cars are clean and their communication is excellent. In addition, their prices are extremely reasonable and in my mind, totally worth it to have a confirmed safe, comfortable ride back home after a long day of flying. I highly recommend Go Go the next time you're looking for a ride to or from the airport.

Go Go Transportation (limousine service)…read more I usually do not go out of my way to take this type of transportation- but when the taxi hasn't arrived after 30 minutes and not one has come by for the last 15 and its the weekend at around 8 pm- well my chances were pretty slim to none.A limo sedan pulled over and inquired if I needed a ride- to whichI said, "YES!- I have been waiting for hours!" ok- i know- but it certainly felt like hours :-) I arrived at my friend's place an hour late- but little did I know that the service would continue on to the next day. I awoke to head back home when I realized my purse was missing. I called my friend's house to find out if I had left it behind- but having done a house search it was nowhere to be found. This left only the other possible place- the limo car. I still had the business card he had given me- and decided to give a call...but no answer. I left a message detailing my purse and went about my day canceling cards. I got a call later in the afternoon and Matt (the limo driver) asked me for a more accurate description- to which I noted other details. Finally he said assuredly, "Yes I do have it- I was just making sure. Where and When would you like me to bring it?" I found my purse back with its contents still intact- Matt (who is also the owner of the limo service) would not accept a reward- but I insisted upon his time and gas expenditure and finally managed him to accept! I was impressed by his humble and caring nature- I was glad to find my purse back but even happier to know that people like Matt- honest and dutiful, still exist today to make life a little better for the rest of us. PS- Limo car was spotless with a nice clean smell!

But at the same time I can see that some people might not enjoy this experience as much and prefer a quieter driver. In our case he was a bit more than 30 minutes late for the pick-up at home and we called him several times and he said he will be right there. In the car we got a very entertaining story about the previous customer not being ready at the pickup time and he needed to wait very long. It could be true, so I give him the benefit of the doubt. In the end we made it to the airport on time. At the airport his credit card reader failed and he let us off with the promise to pay when we return. Kudos for that, even though it was his equipment that failed. I definitely recommend his services.

This was not what I expected, but I was happy with it. I would describe Alpha-Trans as "quirky" and…read morewould say it's probably not for everyone. Here's my experience. I'll let you decide. I usually fly in and out of SFO when coming the Bay Area and use Super Shuttle when possible. I was surprised to see that their prices from SJC to Mountain View were $55 for the shared shuttle and $100 for limo service. A cab is only $45! Since when is a shuttle more than a cab?!?! Disappointed, I looked elsewhere. I found Alpha-Trans listed on this page: http://www.sftodo.com/parking/san_jose_airport_shuttle_vans.htm, which gave them a "phone customer service" rating of "Very Good," so I looked for other reviews. I found Liz L's review here and since her main complaint was that they called her too much (and then got annoyed when she didn't answer), I though I wouldn't mind that so much. Better too much communication than not enough, and I don't turn my phone off.. so what the heck? I made a reservation online and after not getting any response or a price quote, I called the number and was immediately greeted by a friendly man with a thick Russian accent. He said that he would send me a confirmation in an hour, and then basically asked me to repeat all the information I had just typed into the web form. He told me that the best he could do for me was $45 from Mountain View to SJC and, having come this far and not wanting to roll the dice with a regular cab, I said fine. About 3 hours later, I got a phone call (expecting an email for an online reservation, but whatevs) confirming my reservation for a 5:45 pickup the next morning. I pointed out that the reservation was for a 7:15 flight in the evening and he said "Oh yes, I see. It says PM here." He then said "Well then the pickup should be at 5:30 because traffic is bad that time of day." I said "That's great. I'll be ready at 5." Well, 5 came and went, and then around 5:30 I got a call from I assume the same guy, saying "I'm the guy who's going to drive you the airport. I'm leaving now and I'll be there soon." So I went out to the sidewalk and at 5:42 (so he did at least beat the original target of 5:45) a white, totally unmarked Lincoln Town Car pulled up. I was expecting a van with a bunch of other people in it, but, again, whatevs. The dude gets out and he's wearing sweat clothes with some paint on them and he says "man, I was really busy today. I didn't even have time to change my clothes. I just looked at the clock and said 'man, I've got to go!'" Hmmm. He also apologized for having stuff in the trunk, which seemed to be some chunks of particle board and maybe some tools. It turned out, based on the next stage of the conversation that he had been working on renovations to his house, and that his really busy day mainly involved coordinating various workers who were working on his renovation. We started driving to the airport and, after a conversation about cash vs credit cards and his complaining that "You should work for a credit card company! They take a part of every transaction and they don't care!" and "Everyone just carries credit cards these days! They pay for coffee and everything, just with credit cards!" he began a very loud conversation with someone on the phone--he was holding it up to his ear and shouting, even though the phone was clearly set to "speaker" mode--in which he was trying to get the person on the other end of the phone to check the back seat of his car for his wallet, that he had apparently lost sometime earlier. Maybe in this guys car? It turns out not. Well, despite being "late," once in the car he said "What time is your flight?" "7:15" "Oh, we'll be fine. You just need to be there by 6:15." but then as we approached the freeway, "I hope the traffic isn't bad on the freeway. It's so hard to tell which way is the best way to go. But we can take the carpool lane." as if these were all new thoughts that he had never before contemplated. We arrived at the curb at exactly 6:15. On time. Somewhat to my surprise, he produced a wireless credit card reader that looked to be fairly new and in good condition. Indeed, it worked without a hitch--no network problems, not out of paper, the ink wasn't fading into inscrutability, and it read my card on the first swipe, not the 7th after being wrapped in plastic or cheescloth. My new friend shook my hand heartily and wished me a nice trip. So why four stars? Well, it was very entertaining! And at every point I felt very well taken care of and communicated with, even though the easy access to my driver's mental activity did perhaps expose more of the seat-of-the-pants nature of the the enterprise than I am accustomed to seeing. So would I recommend it? Sure! I think it's not to everyone's taste and might not be to my taste if I was really anxious about, say, getting to the airport at a particular time, but if you can leave yourself open to the experience, it could be well worth it!
