My contract has a provision where BRS, as a condition of the contract, would cover the first 18 months of solar loan payments. First payment received Jan/2024 - Payments ceased being reliable in Jul/2024.. Currently I have not recieved the agreed payment since end of November/2024... with several missing in between. Based on CALENDER, I should have recieved 14 payments to date (Feb/2025), to day I have only recieved nine (9). I call and the company lies that checks were processed.. then two weeks later say they were delayed in the mail. Calling Customer Service only continues to aggravate cuz they are incompetent and will have the accounting department contact you - which I have never received a call back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! I WISH I HAD NEVER DONE BUSINESS WITH THEM. I AM CURRENTLY SEEKING LEGAL COUNSEL AND FILING COMPLAINTS WITH THE BBB AND IDAHO ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE.

While we are happy to save on electricity bills, we are also very pleased to have back-up power. I have several medical conditions that cause heat intolerance. With the batteries, I am now reassured about keeping the whole house's AC on, in addition to the lights, computer, refrigerator, etc., in the event of a power outage. Bryan was great to work with and my project manager, Caitlin, was fantastic. She was impeccable with giving me weekly updates, upon my request, which reduced any anxiety I may have had during the entire process. The installers were led by Mitch and he was also wonderful. He and his team were all exceptionally polite, professional, and easy going to work with. They were also respectful of my property, cleaning up any messes that were made due to the installation work. Caitlin walked me through knowing what to expect at each phase of the installation and that included pre-work permits, and post-work inspections. We couldn't be happier with the results! I am only sorry I did not get this review posted earlier for others to benefit from. The staff and installers were professional in every way, did an outstanding installation job and cleaned up the construction litter better than any contractors I have hired in some time. The end product looks great while being non-intrusive, even the HOA in our subdivision was pleased with the results as are immediate neighbors. Follow-up service has been simply excellent. True to their word, when the system did not respond correctly a couple of times, they contacted me promptly and scheduled time to fix the problems (largely an internet connectivity issue easily resolved with a range extender or bridge). Their monitoring of our panels and invertors via the web led them to contact me before I even knew an issue required attention. The only delay we encountered was from Idaho Power, it took a bit longer than anticipated in December/January to get our meter switched to a net zero meter. We went live in mid-January during the height of the Treasure Valley inversion season. In closing, our system is working beautifully, while the Idaho Power bills have declined substantially, given our Jan/Feb inversions we did not get to zero. However I am very happy with where we are and the payback schedule projected for us is maybe 10% low. On the other hand if ID Power rates continue to climb the projections may be right on target - its really to early to tell. I would unconditionally recommend EVENGREEN TECHNOLOGY to anyone who is considering a quality solar project. They do not try to oversell or push "extras" to increase a profit margin. This is an Idaho home grown company I strongly encourage folks to seek a consultation with, and then make up their own minds based on the information shared. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Next we researched Idaho's best company for solar installation and service after the sale. There are so many "companies" out there who purport to be a "solar installation company" - who are really more like "two or three buddies with some tools" and a way to order some panels. If anyone comes to your door or calls unsolicited about solar panel installation - JUST SAY NO! Obviously, after all of our research, we confidently chose RevoluSun! Now having worked with them, we can report that they are a highly reputable, totally professional, very well respected solar power company. They are with you through every step of the process - and believe us when we say, it's a long process! Rachael from RevoluSun came out and gave us a free in-home estimate, which is a realistic assessment of your power needs, and the approximate cost of a system to accomplish your solar power goals. She was super personable and knowledgeable without overwhelming us with information. She answered every question we had, and made sure we really understood her answers! After a site inspection, she provided us with an exact quote, and discussed payment options and timetables for our system completion. RevoluSun can only approximate a completion date because part of this process includes receiving permits from the city along with Idaho Power site inspections, over which RevoluSun has no control. This is the most frustrating and time consuming part of "going solar" - but the good news is, when you choose RevoluSun, they fill out all of the multiple forms and even cover the costs! So, from "estimate to generating our own solar power" took about four months. We learned a lot along the way: Patience is a virtue! When you choose the best company - you get the best results. If you have an all electric home - you will need at least two Tesla batteries to make you 100% energy independent year round. We bought two batteries - we wish now that we had purchased three. In fact, our only regret was that we didn't buy three batteries - but our budget just wouldn't stretch that far at the time. In other words, buy the very best system you can afford, because you are purchasing more than a product, you are making a lifetime investment. Do not use this company. They installed a Tesla Powerwall and Solar on my home outside Boise. Great…read moreproduct and installation. I paid fully in cash, and everything was done in January. Last week, without warning, a solar panel and Tesla Powerwall supplier called Greentech Renewables put a lien on my home claiming RevoluSun never paid them. RevoluSun apologized and said other customers also had liens put on their homes. Instead of suing each other, now I have to sue both of them to get the lien removed and pay my substantial attorney fees.
