The most recent event in this nightmare was a security incident we had this morning. We had construction equipment stolen right from our driveway, and of course the cameras were not operating and didn't record anything! Only after calling them every week will they come out and try to fix. Tired of calling them, sending them videos of non working system, and hearing how they are busy on bigger jobs - wish they would just do the right thing and take back their equipment and refund our money.
