He was able to do the work, just a few days later and we (my neighbor and I) could not be happier with the outcome. He installed a beautiful vinyl fence after removing the old wooden fence. He and his crew were clean, polite, quiet and very efficient. They removed the debris from the old fence and left the place spotless. He had been recommended to me and he definitely deserve the 5 Stars Review. His rates were very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Cuadras Fence.

The first project was a new fence and motorized gate about 5 years ago (it looks just as amazing now as it did the day they completed it)- from start to finish, the TH team was very knowledeable, gave us many options, were always prompt in both showing up when they said they would, and returning inquiries and other phone calls. Their workspace was always clean and thoughtful for our pets and family to traverse to and from the house while they worked on the project. And most importantly, the finished gate and fences were clean, high quality and polished... and better than we imagined! Our second project we just finished this past month was our deck (and roofing as our garage sits underneath our deck). They replaced our leaky wooden deck with new beams, proofing/coating, tiles this time (the whole nine) and it is perfect- complete with polished iron, a side gate to match our existing gates/aesthetic and touch ups where needed. Tal was very transpararent from the beginning and made us aware of the pros and cons for every material and promptly finished the whole project within two weeks. He went above and beyond-communicated every step of the way. We trust them with any home project and would hire him and his team again in a heartbeat.

His communication with me was great and he always got back to me right away. We picked Torrance fence because 1) the price point was good, 2) I felt like the sales person was very detailed in the questions that he asked and all of the fine points that he went over, and 3) it was the only sales person that offered me a booklet where I could see all of the options and gave me the most detailed information. I'm so glad we did. Our fence turned out gorgeous!!! Every interaction with their company was extremely professional and very organized. They told me it would probably be three weeks before we were scheduled but they actually scheduled us like a week later. They were the only company that asked us if we wanted to fence in part of our side yard that was not previously fenced. We ultimately decided to do that and ended up with 200 more square feet of backyard space. We never would've thought of that if he had not suggested it. Love the fence and great experience with this company. Highly recommend!

We had built block walls around our yard but the coyote was able to easily hop over and almost carried our little guy away. Thankfully our pup was ok after an incredibly expensive stay and literal brain surgery at urgent care. While dealing with the stress of not knowing if our dog would recover and with the unexpected cost, we knew we needed to get more protection up asap and I reached out to 4-5 fence companies to help. Everyone was wonderful but Mike stood out. He was sympathetic, knowledgeable, and managed to get us slotted in on the schedule. He met with me at least three times before we finalized the quote to make sure he knew exactly what we needed. Jason and Jobel were our installers and they worked hard to get the project done. They were also perfectionists which my neurotic heart appreciated - the two of them literally went over every inch of the install at the end and swapped out any slats that didn't pass their quality check. They even redid a tricky corner four times to make sure I was satisfied. Mike came by every day to check on everything and discuss all steps with me. We had some issues with the gates and the locks/handles I had already purchased and Mike had his welder fabricate custom pieces to make sure the gates worked and looked nice. He takes pride in his work and his entire team follows his lead. Our project was not cheap but I've learned in the past two years of renovation and building that you get what you pay for - and the feeling of security and relief I have when outside is absolutely worth it.

After wasting my time, they eventually told me they were going to skip the job. Very unprofessional and poor communication. If they weren't interested in taking the job, they should have been honest and said so from the beginning instead of leaving a customer waiting. Complete waste of time. Reply to the owner comment: "I think you're missing the point. I couldn't care less whether you take the job or not--that's completely your choice. My issue is with the lack of communication and respect for the customer's time. It shouldn't take almost two weeks to let someone know you can't do the job. A simple timely response from the beginning would have been appreciated and would have avoided wasting my time."
