He gave me an estimate over the phone and came yesterday. He and his employee took an old sectional, a mattress, and more and then worked until dark to rip up boxes and other material. What I especially appreciated was that this was one appointment with one estimate. Other companies told me I'd have to make two for two separate locations, even if the locations were in the same neighborhood. He was professional and great with communication.
