I got three quotes and Manny's was about where I expected it to be. One was more and one was similar. I decided on Manny's because he seemed sincere and, surprisingly, he lived about 1/2 a mile from me. We had one day with sunshine recently and had a snow storm coming the next day so when he called and said he could do it that day I was thrilled. At 800am (as advised) two trucks showed up and I had 8 people on my roof scraping away the old. In at 800am, out by 500pm. They scraped, replaced the skylights, and re-roofed, then cleaned up. Outstanding work. All of the workers were great. I had questions during the work and someone was always available to answer them. None of them seemed to rush, it was get it done, and get it done right. We've had two snowstorms and a lot of rain and not one drop in the house. I can finally start sleeping better! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING MANNY'S ROOFING.

Long story short, the shingles that I chose continued to fail in a very sun-exposed area of my roof. That was my mistake: not going with the shingle recommended. Rob, the owner of this business, always responded promptly when a shingle failed (six times). Each time, he immediately responded via text and came that day to the house to make repairs. In the end--today--he brought his crew to my home and completely reshingled an entire section of my roof at no charge, refusing to share the cost with me.
