Quick and easy. In and out. We are new to El Dorado county and of course the state has to get some more money out of us. We have had to get two cars smogged and the second one did not pass due to the fact we had recently changed the battery. The technician said to drive 50 or 100 miles. We drove it 150 miles just to make sure. Sure enough we went back and it passed. All three times I have been here it has been relatively busy but I have never had to wait very long. They get people in and out pretty quickly. Also had our car not passed the second time they would not have charged us they would have said drive it some more. Again, 5 stars for friendly Patty for keeping the customers flowing efficiently through the shop. The techs are always helpful and efficient. Yesterday we brought a car in for smog, but unbeknownst to us, because my kid forgot the paperwork, we did not know we were at the wrong kind of shop until the car was brought in and scanned.
