Five stars for truly outstanding customer service!…read more Life Raft Marine Safety Equipment is upstairs, just as you enter the POP store. I went there looking for quality two-part PVC adhesive after a D-buckle strap ripped out of my inflatable. West Marine only had a one-part adhesive in stock, and ordering the two-part glue would have taken about three and a half weeks. Someone suggested I try this shop, and I'm so glad I did. Instead of simply selling me glue, the staff asked what I was repairing to make sure I was getting the right product. When I explained my somewhat unusual situation, Bobby, the manager, invited me into the workshop, set up a couple of tables, and walked me through the repair in detail. He showed me different materials and demonstrated techniques so I could understand how to approach it properly. Bobby was incredibly thorough, patient, and generous with his time and expertise. He went far above and beyond anything I expected. I walked in looking for glue and left with a much better understanding of the repair and confidence to tackle it. I was absolutely blown away by the service. Thank you, Bobby and the team! I highly recommend this shop.

We usually would purchase products individually as we needed them, which became pretty difficult to monitor and upkeep. I researched on a couple of companies and I reached out to Med Life Services in July 2020. Chad came to the office equipped with a variety of kits (and wearing a face mask, of course). He was very knowledgeable and had great suggestions for what would be best for our office. We now have a fresh new kit where we are confident that the products are in working order. They will be servicing our kit bi-annually and we only pay for what is replenished, no additional fees for the visit.
