They didn't take away the extra wood, old nails, and I have dogs!! I had to get a circular saw out, cut the boards down to size, tie together and dispose of the boards after cleaning up their mess! Will (the owner) denied that he owed me for steps and tried charging me more when it came time for the help to leave. I was pissed!! Also, trying to get them out to my house in the first place was a joke!!! Just like the other person, I gave him $4,000 as a deposit, after that, he wasn't sending anyone to start the job? DO NOT USE! After…read moremeeting with Chad at our home for a small bathroom remodel quote, we agreed on a price, received an invoice/agreement and put down a large deposit to have work started. Work started weeks after initially planned and he immediately had reasons for no showing throughout the weeks and leaving early on the days he did come. As work progressed, he failed to meet deadlines and the work was subpar. After addressing some of our concerns about the work and his attendance he became unresponsive and eventually never returned to finish the work. The floor tile he did finish came up right away and the shower failed the leak test causing water to leak and sit in my bathroom floor. After it was clear Chad did not intend on finishing the work we asked for a refund of our deposit and his response was that we could take him to court if we wanted any money or communication from him. We have had to hire a new contractor and reorder all materials to completely demo and start fresh to ensure the bathroom is done correctly. This has been extremely stressful for my family and a huge waste of time and money at our expense for something that should have been a 2 week project, and months later we still have an unusable bathroom.
