We weren't looking for any, and that's fine at a fast food place. There is no wait staff. None. You order on a kiosk screen (they ask for a tip). You seat yourself, and you wait for 30 minutes for them to call your number. But it was a Saturday evening. You get your own drinks, and there's a bowl of salt packets. Our meals were served on sheet pans with a piece of paper on them. My friend ordered pulled pork BBQ mac & cheese, and it was dumped on that piece of paper. At least my baked beans were in a cardboard bowl (on the paper). I had fries (no sides are included), so she went back to the counter to ask for ketchup (there's nothing on the tables). The man asked her (seriously) "one or two?" She said "more", so he gave her 3. She asked "Can I have more?", so he gave her two more. She asked for pepper "No, we're out." You clean up after yourself before you leave, and leave your pan on the top of the trash can (like Burger King). Our bill was just under $52.43 before the tip was added. I owned a restaurant / bar, and it's a tough business to compete in. They obviously are doing something right, as they have lots of customers. It's just not what we were looking for.
