We stayed in touch over several months until I was ready to pull the trigger on my re-piping project. Once I decided to sign on, Omar connected me with Angel to lead my project. Angel and his team were very professional at all stages. He consistently asked about any questions or concerns I had and listened to all of them to provide solutions. This was a major project, so know that things may come up for the team and it will take at least 4-5 days for completion. My only feedback to the team would be that it became a little confusing for me having so many different teams cycling through and I found myself repeating a lot of the same info to each team. I also received calls from so many of the teams and different guys that it seemed like not all the teams were on the same page with communications regarding my project. As a 2x disabled combat veteran I had them out for an initial appt. all went well and was suppose to be contacted with an install date. Never happened and I forgot about it. 2 months later came across an old email and sent a message about experience. Apology and appt set. Mike came out did probably 95% and around 6pm had another appt to get to so I said just come back as it was minor stuff, sorta. A few weeks go by and I didn't hear from them. Sent a email about issues and water never getting tested before or after install.... Important to know if you actually need system or additional things to fix issues. The next day I get a email about service plans... lol. I'm thinking WTF... not even finished with job and trying to get more. Sent email with disappointment and frustration with the whole experience. Guess what? I get a call, and all that is said is "that was a system generated email for all new installs".... and appt.for a week from today. No apology for all the actual issues and what can we do to make it right and you happy. It seems this is the way of the world now, pay for product or service and it doesn't matter to company if you get what you paid for or should have gotten. Customer service and making a customer happy and satisfied for what they paid for is long gone.

We had a major watervleak that needed a restoration company involvement. Although about $25K to fix insurance was helpful. During the fix Wes rerouted the culprit pipe. At the end of the project a few months later another leak from the rerouted pipe. Both restoration company and plumber claimed it wasn't their responsibility on new leak and we are now holding the bag (and cost) for the newest damage.....from the same piping. Hard to believe. Sadly we need to look for another restoration company....and another plumber. We had to let Wes and Simply Plumbing go.
