Brian seems like a great guy and his employees are very corteous and professional. We dropped our vehicle off on Monday afternoon for a pretty significant repair and it was ready Tuesday morning. They also provided me with a ride home on Monday after dropping my vehicle off. They also give flowers to the ladies as a courtesy, which I thought was so nice. It was ready the same day i dropped it off and they made the transaction so simple. I was even able to accept via a link what work they were needing to do to my vehicle which i found amazing! I did notice more squeaking after having it fixed so i dropped it off again. They advised my rear brakes just needed to be cleaned (that i had just had done at my vehicles dealership). I have nothing against smokers but to allow your shop to be turned into a smoke shop isn't ideal for customers with kids or pregnant women. My wife had no other choice but to wait outside in the rain/snow because she couldn't stand the smell anymore.
