They seem like decent guys to joke around with (trying to be fair here). But what I experienced was anything but professional. It would take pages to document this past weeks experiences with ABC. It feels like it's been much longer than that. They wasted way a large amount of my time and money as a result of incompetence. Whether it was completely forgetting about my tow, or charging me for new parts that he GAVE back to me so that I could INSTALL THEM MYSELF because he didn't HAVE TIME, or telling me he'd be there at 4:30pm to check me out but he then leaves to go home early for the day, or telling me he didn't get around to the oil change I asked for because he didn't have time! (which is odd because he went home early!!!) OR MAYBE it was just the fact that the whole reason for the tow was because the fuel pump was going, and he didn't touch anything besides the brakes! Throughout this entire process, I made an in-person appointment, 2 weeks out. I then went back in 2 days prior to the tow to confirm (shouldn't even be necessary on my part). When i finally got ahold of them over an hour after my scheduled pick up time, they begrudgingly came to pick me up, and then proceeded to tell me that they aren't going to even work on it for a few days because they have certain customers that are a priority. WHY DID I WAIT 2 WEEKS FOR AN APPOINTMENT THEN??? None of it makes sense. Honestly, they truly seem like decent individuals. BUT this was the most unprofessional spot I've been to since moving to Maine. 2/10

Scott was friendly and communicative. I dropped my truck off with a one hour-ish time frame and picked it up at about 4:15. They had replaced a bulb and made a very minor repair to my tail light. They didn't call me to verify but it was $5 whereas most places would tell you the enter part needed replacing so no harm there. All in it was $20 and 90min so I was very happy. I had no appointment and understood I could be without a car for a few days. But within 48 hours my car was working and back to me again. Things that stood out-their team is direct and goes above and beyond for you! They told me everything that I needed to know about my car troubles (ultimately a new battery) and things that I should look into (due for oil change and state inspection). They did all of this work for a reasonable price and I know I'll be coming back here in the future (hopefully with a scheduled appointment and not a breakdown). He changed my oil once with the Amsoil that I provided. He instructed me to buy an oil pan plug from the Subaru dealership for the next oil change, which I did. When I called this unscrupulous mechanic to schedule my next oil change, he advised me that it was "Not in his business plan to do oil changes on vehicles when the owner provides the high quality oil. ? I find myself wondering what a dealership will find when they check that oil pan plug Lou instructed me to purchase? What did he not tell me? I'm suspicious that the dealership will find that Lou damaged my oil plug. I'm going to the dealership today and if I'm wrong I'll come back to this site and apologize.
