The driver introduced himself & he was very nice. The area my car was at is difficult at best. The road is for 1 car. He had all under control & I gave my keys knowing he could get it done. Very polite & professional. Tracy called me to make sure I was in a safe place & if I needed anything! If I break down I know Tracy would come to my rescue if needed. They sell cars that are lemons stay away. They are very good con artists. Poor communication cars are not only lemons but dangerous.

If I could give them a 0 I would, they don't even deserve a 1, she had my husband and I running around with our heads chopped off. They took our $500 cash, picked up our Toyota for a $1.5k trade in, and we still haven't gotten the car we were suppose to, we paid for full coverage insurance like they asked, still nothing. We saw a lot of bad reviews and brought up our concerns and instead of communicating with us they decided to text us and tell us to go back and get our money back and tell them where to drop off the Toyota, save yourself the headache and don't go through this company. Let's hope if you call AAA for a tow that they don't dispatch Auto Mill. Our road was plowed and sanded this morning at 6am. Auto Mill accepted the tow service, arrived at a modest hill leading to our house and decided not to go up it. This is either an incredibly pathetic service attempt or a fraudulent way to claim they attempted but were impeded so they can get paid anyway for not working. We were able to drive up and down the our road in a small car with zero issues. I would never use this company if given the choice. read more

I was approved for an Auto Loan and referred to this dealer through the loan company, so I filled out an application on the Automill website. An employee reached out to me via text which said "hey this is Sarah from Auto Mill" I responded back "Hi" She responded back " following up on your application" I responded "ok great, what are my next steps?" She responded "how much to you have for a downpayment?" I responded the amount. no Response. I then asked- "is that not enough? If so how much do I need to put down on a car that costs approx 8,000-9,000 ( the a sell late model, high mileage cars) I never got a response. I guess my money and business wasn't good enough for Sarah at automill, who has the communication skills of a middle schooler. I realize business couldn't care less about losing a customer, but one would think that a small business would do better. Had she responded to my text I would have told her over got much more to put down, even possibly pay half cash, but her ignorance cost them business. read more

Sold us a car that they said they fully restored, has had nonstop issues since. Brake lines blew, fuel tank rotted out, wiring harness separated, crawled under and found they replaced many things on the driver's side with used parts, while the right side was untouched and very rusted out. Front end was suspiciously out of alignment, like it took a major hit and they didn't bother reorienting the steering rod. Was able to align the steering but now it's maxed out. Also had the alternator go, which killed the battery, which tells me they didn't test the alternator before selling. Very soon after buying we reported the fuel tank issues, they said they would replace it since it was so soon after buying it, then completely ghosted us. Wouldn't return calls or texts (they seem to prefer texting which is odd) Same for other parts I would request, they would say they had them, then completely disappear. Once took it back because the exhaust was loud. They said the muffler was loose. I discovered they not only missed pinholes in the exhaust pipe, but they tightened the muffler they thought was the problem by installing two gaskets, which is frankly hilarious. You can't stack gaskets, that's how you get an exhaust leak. When you are able to reach them, they'll schedule time with you, then you get there and they say you aren't on the schedule. If this was just a random seller on facebook or craigslist I wouldn't care. But this is a garage/dealership that sells cars like this, and this is their standard practice. I've spoken to many people, including a tow truck driver and garage owners, that has had nonstop issues with them and everyone has the same story, they buy a car that Automill says is great, then has a catastrophic failure within a year. Automill is going to get someone killed. On the bright side this car is keeping my skills sharp, and repairing it every month or so is still cheaper than making car payments, the used and new car markets are insane right now. read more

Wish I could give zero stars. They sell horrible cars. They will advertise on Facebook marketplace that they have cars, that's how I found them. Bought one of the cars and they had fixed it just barely enough to have it last barely too long to have it be covered under a lemon law. But once that threshold passes everything fails at once. After a year of non stop issues with the car the brake line burst. Brought it to VIP and they showed us a ton of stuff wrong with the vehicle and it's barely worth parting out and the issues would have started to decline before we bought it. If you contact automill to have them service your vehicle they will schedule you but when you show up they say you never had an appointment and parts were not ordered and they'll stop responding to any calls, texts, or emails. After a while if you do by some miracle get them to respond to you it will only be so they can be defensive then they'll stop communicating again. read more

They offer a car towing service you should never use. They did not delver my car to where I told them to. They held it over night. When I call to see where my car was as it was not delivered to its destination, I was told they did not do it that evening, I again asked them to deliver it to where I specifief. They told me it would be done late that day. I called said destination and was told my car was not there and was never dropped off. I called Automill and was told they did not deliver it as they were waiting to hear back from my insurance company. Now we are going over a 2 day period and they never call to let me know they still had my car because they were waiting to talk to my insurance company. They never called me to ask if I could help with the insurance company, they just let me think everything was fine. They are very unprofessional and very rude when confronted with what they did. I informed them they should give their customers heads up when their end of the bargain is not complete. For this I would give them a big fat ZERO!!! My advice DO NOT USE THEM. read more
