I had contractors on site with a dumpster, and they couldn't remove the dumpster due to 1.5 feet of snow. I went through 12 different people for a word-of-mouth referral for someone to plow the driveway. I finally got referred to Stan. Stan answered the phone on the second ring. He was cheery and energetic while I explained my situation. He got my address and let me know he could be head there right away! He offered a fair price, and communicated well with me during the whole process. He called me upon arriving to give an updated/confirmed price and he called when he returned from completing the snow removal job. He mentioned that he does a few other odd-jobs to help us during our home projects in the future. He also carries lots of items and propane for your grills! I'm so excited to have such a good, honest, and friendly neighbor in the area. I will definitely continue to do business with him for the long run!

They came out took the measurements, and told us they would get back to us with a bid. I called after a week. Didn't get a response for 3 days. Jim finally called and said to stop by the shop. We did. He had no drawings or bid. He wanted us to go ahead with the project without telling us the cost of the project. I said we needed an estimate, he said he really had a hard time giving us one because prices on metal change everyday. I said, so you can't even give us a rough bid he said he'd work on it and call us back. The meeting was a complete waste of time. Today he called and gave us one bid. They came out and measured for 4 railings, he couldn't remember the other 3 railings from a week and a half ago so he was going to come back out this afternoon. He told us they could have the project done in a week. We waited around and he finally called and said they weren't going to do the job. I asked why, he said they just got too busy. (After telling me less than two hours ago they could do it in a week). Then he abruptly hung up on me. Whether you are an individual, or company DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are ill equipped to handle big and small jobs. Jim needs to retire. His memory, customer service skills, and quality of work are lacking.
