"Junk" Well per another company…read more Bill's Well Drilling put in a well at our location in 2004. We bought the house in 2013. With a well at 116 ft, static water at 71 ft. Testing shows it runs out of water in an HOUR. Really Bills. We also had them put in a new check valve on the pump 2016 (before we knew this information) and after they put the new check valve on we couldn't use the outside sprinklers...they said it might settle down and work next spring. We called Bills to check everything out to and to fix what they did...never..called..back. So we had to ask another company out to check it. Now we know why Bills didn't call back. How is this legal?

Naturally it got late so no shower. 3rd day well was in. To this day every single time the pump starts up water pressure fades instantly to 0psi and takes several seconds to build pressure. I also had to source and hire a separate skid loader service to remove all snow from the area around the well so he could get a boom truck in. Also nearly double the original price quoted and my son and I helped with physical labor. Not very happy. Would give a lower score if possible.

The well was in but the water line and electrical ran overground through an open window into my basement. About another month went by before they came back to "finish" the job. When I came home that evening, the water line was buried but the electrical was only buried part of the way and still running through an open basement window. Also, the old well was not sealed. Over the summer, he said he would be back on this Friday or that Monday or....but never showed, didn't call to cancel and didn't reschedule. It is now late August.
