I am so pleased with how quickly and well Ace handled an issue with a well for a home that my buyers were closing on in less than a week. A problem that needed immediate attention was handled so well. The technician stayed professional and informative throughout the appointment which they squeezed in so my buyers could still get to the closing table. Then the owner of the company worked with myself (The buyer's agent) and the lender to get exactly what the lender needed for these buyers. (And this lender was being a bit difficult, but they just kept sending more information exactly how lender needed it presented up to the late hours of the night) Buying a house can be stressful, and because of the care, response to the sense of urgency, and the education regarding future care , I HIGHLY recommend Ace Pump and Well.
