Brian and everyone at G & G were great. He and Bobbie showed up as promise to review the shower enclosure job and the estimate was timely and reasonable compared to others I received. Wasn't the cheapest but certainly wasn't the highest. They were very amenable to adjustments and responded quickly. On the day of install the techs were on time and very polite. They did a great job and I am happy with the glass. The highlight is, that during the install, two of the hing plates got scratched. I may not have seen it but Ben, the lead technician, affirmatively told me what happened and advised they would replace the hinge. I truly appreciated his honesty. The shower glass looks great. The price was reasonable and the service outstanding. Highly recommended. read more

I worked with G & G to replace the glass insert on my coffee table. They responded very quickly to my email with a quote. I called to place the order and they had my glass delivered to my door step the next day. I was not home and asked them to leave it at the front door. They took the time to cussiin it and tape it to my railing so it would not get damaged. It looks great. read more

G & G Glass - Brian made custom trim due to my tile work not being squared. Great fitment! Would've posted a clean shower but my kids beat me to it. - Glass & Mirrors Near Me - Van Nuys, California

I called several glass companies to see if they could replace a portion of cracked glass in an enclosed frame. Each other place kept trying to tell me it wasn't posible & that I needed to replace the entire enclosure $$$. Brian from G&G came out, took a look at the enclosure & said "sure we can replace just that portion of glass, no problem" And... for an excellent price - a fraction of what an entire new enclosure would cost) They custom ordered the new glass piece for us, the guys came out & did the install, right on time. Perfect. Everyone was so nice, friendly, professional, and really fair. Nobody tried to upsell any service. 100% highly recommend this company & I would call them again in a heartbeat if I ever need any type of glass replaced. read more

After talking with several shower glass companies, I decided to go with G&G. The reason being that after Brian came out to measure and give me a quote, I could tell he was very detail oriented. Being a very detailed oriented/discerning person myself, I was more than pleased to find him. I dealt with Bobbie for the logistics and she was a sweetheart. On the day of installation both Brian & Ben did a great job. They are true professionals who take a lot of pride in their work, and it shows. It's been more than a couple months now and I'm still very happy with my shower glass. Thanks you guys!!! read more

I've worked on several project with G&G Glass over the last 5+ years. I continue to be impressed and amazed at their professionalism and quality of work. The first project was an unfortunate one... waking up one morning to find my sliding glass window shattered! Shocked and confused one call made it all better! Brian showed up the same day and had the new glass installed within 48 hours! He and his team continue to be my go to for all things glass related. I highly recommend and encourage you to give them a call and see for yourself! Their office manager Bonnie is a delight to work with and will take good care of you! read more

What an excellent experience. Our home was broken into via our font door window, which was very traumatic. We wanted it fixed as soon as possible and began contacting window repair companies the next morning. A very polite G&G employee answered the phone and was able to get someone to our home within the hour. Brian very quickly gave us an estimate and said he could schedule the fix for the next morning. We received a call from their office the next day letting us know he would be there shortly, and he was. He cleaned out all of the broken glass shards and replaced the broken pain, leaving no mess behind him. Our window and door are now as good as new. It was very comforting to have our window fixed so quickly so we could begin to recover from the experience of being robbed. Thank you for being so on top of your business, G&G! read more

I'm ecstatic! Everyone at G&G Glass was wonderful. They are friendly, honest and do great work. They were not only the most professional and (seemingly) trustworthy of the the companies I invited to give me a quote for a new glass shower enclosure, but they also ended up giving me the best price! A week after coming in to measure and quote, my glass was done and it's gorgeous! I would highly recommend this company. read more

So very pleased and fortunate to find G & G Glass! Would recommend and will absolutely use again. We discovered our very large window (8' x 6', single paned) had a crack, which just kept getting bigger day by day. This was an old window and not previously installed by G & G. Due to safety, we needed to get the new glass quickly and I really wanted to get a bid from them. But it was the end of the week and they of course had other jobs, so it didn't look promising. However, through super customer service and a great team, they were able to come quickly, assess the job and provide a great quote! We got lucky and were able to have the new, up-to-code glass installed a few days later. The on-site fellers were efficient (despite the old window gunk of a by-gone era,) very personable, professional and all around I trusted them being in my home. They cleaned up and left us with a beautiful window. :) read more

Pleasantly surprised by the precision of the custom measurements. I had a dining room table glass cover done as well as a small table and even a picture frame. I had ordered a new frameless shower for my daughter before she came home from abroad. I was surprised to see my shower installed after g and g advised me that their bldg had burned down. I don't know that to say professionalism and resiliency just about sums it up. read more

I had big hopes up for this company seeing all the good reviews, but my experience with them has not been a good one. When Brian came in to take the measurements he measured my shower opening and said there wouldn't be nice extra charge for having the glass panels 2" higher than what he measured. I have received the estimate through my email and it included clips. Everything was great until I have tried to see if they could match the bid I have received from a different company. I was told they could take 10% off for cash but the bid from the other company for the same features was still more attractive, so I've asked them if they could do better. I have suggested the price that I felt comfortable with and Brian agreed sending me a revised estimate. What he did behind my back, however, is he changed the type of the installation from clips to channel then he asked me to send an acceptance email to get it going. I wasn't aware of the changes in the revised estimate so I was pretty happy thinking I'm getting the same product as promised in the original estimate, but then I have found out that Brian wouldn't honor his word when it came to the height of the panels. That made me thinking and then I had realized that he made some changes to the original estimate, which was never discussed. So I have decided to go with the other company because they had no problem in accommodating me with the height and features I wanted. After expressing my disappointment to Brian and his team I have received what he called a "short and sweet" voice message from Brian who was upset at me for calling him out on what he has done. He didn't even bother to get this straightened out just said he did everything I have asked him to do (wrong!) and that he won't do business with me (which btw I have already crossed them off my list). Anyway, I've considered to just let it slide and not write this review but after Brian left me the "short and sweet" voicemail I have changed my mind. I am a fair guy but I will not tolerate someone with an attitude like Brian, the owner, who sadly does not care about getting it right with his potential clients. read more

I am very happy with the work G and G glass did at my house. They installed 3 shower glass enclosures, 2 mirrors, and glass on my cabinet doors. All for a great price, right on time, and with a smile. I really wish all sub contractors were this easy to work with! read more

This is the second time I have used G & G Glass to put in a frameless glass shower door. Their prices are competitive, they show up when they say. The office girl Bobbi is polite and thorough and very good about calling back with installation time updates. Brian is great; He knows exactly what he is doing. He is very meticulous, careful, checks everything before he leaves. His helper is very friendly and very good too. I could not ask for anything more. I would recommend this company all day and all night till the cows come home. Thanks for doing a great job for me G & G Glass! read more

I got 5 quotes and the highest rediculous quote was 3 times higher than G & G. I made an appointment for a consultation. Brian was very courteous and explained everything in detail. He really knows his craft. Amazing service and product for a fantastic value. read more

I would give this company negative stars if I possible. I set up an appointment a week in advance to have them measure and provide a quote. They called a few minutes prior to the appointment to say they were running late on another job and couldn't make it at all. I get it, sometimes that happens. But instead of being accommodating and squeezing me in the next day, the idiot receptionist says, " if you need to go to another company, we understand." Who in their right mind would say that? Great way to lose business. I wish I had the same experience as the other recommendations. My advice: find another company, don't bother with G & G Glass! I would recommend G&G Glass and Mirror to everyone! I had a small job to replace a broken window. I received 3 quotes, and G&G Glass was the most reasonable. From the time I called for the quote to the completion of the job, this company performs with the utmost integrity. Polite, punctual, tidy and they cleaned up before leaving my home. Brian, the owner, did a great job...he even rolled back my white rug so he wouldn't walk on it!! You can't go wrong with this company! read more

We purchased a frameless glass shower door from G&G but now the shower door does not close. It appears the shower door needs to be realigned. If you call G&G, no one answers the phone - you only get voice mail. However, I have called G&G and left voice mail messages (3) times but no one from G&G has contacted me. If you G&G cannot afford to have someone answer you phones during business hours, that is fine but at least show the professional courtesy of returning the phone call of a prior customer. As a matter of fact, I have noted in all 3 of my calls that I am a prior customer. Perhaps I should call back again but this time I will mention that I am a "new" customer looking for a new shower door. Maybe that will get you to call me back. read more

Great service, competitive prices and wonderful people. Not a single glitch and my frameless shower is GORGEOUS! Love these guys.

We were looking to get one window of our condo repaired or replaced (whichever made more sense considering the different factors involved). I called their number, I immediately spoke with Bobbie, she was super nice and understood what we needed to get done. Shortly after, I sent her over an email detailing the specs of the window, etc. Within a hour or two, I got a call back from her. She let me know the quotes & details of the different options. Great customer service. Nice, friendly, informative, speedy reply. All good things from G & G glass. read more

I got in touch with this company to replace a cracked window pane at one of our properties. I sent an email with all of the information about what I need along with a photo of the window. I asked how much it would cost and if they could come on a certain day and time. I got a response just minutes later saying that they can take care of it. They gave me the cost (which was very reasonable and comparable to other companies) and they said they can have someone there on the day and time I requested. SO EASY! I was so thankful. They came out and arrived on time ready to go. Really nice people too. They did the job and about 30 minutes later everything was complete. This company was great and they made a tedious task something simple to do. I would definitely use them again! read more

I work for a construction company and our usual glass subcontractor was too busy to help me out on a small project. I contacted G&G and they were amazing. We received several estimates from places for custom made glass shower door and G&G had the best price. The workmanship was top quality, installation was super easy, quick, and love the door. Most of all, Brian, the owner is a super friendly, nice, patient person. He answered all my questions, is really knowledgeable and just overall a great person to deal with. He is also on time, and really set up the door nicely even cleaning it till there were no spots left. The receptionist lady (forgot her name) is also very nice, friendly, and on top of her stuff. Great work. Arrived on time, was very professional, courteous and affordable.

Great group of people I called several people for my frameless shower doors and Brian was the only person from the many companies that actually came out to measure things out and look for bends in the walls before giving me an estimate. I needed up choosing him and he was always on time. If they said he'd be there between 9-10, he was there at 905. Had some minor adhesive issues with the seal between the pieces and he came out to fix the problem without any pushback or problems. Great people. Great communication and great services. Highly recommended. Thanks! read more
