Couple years back I gave Knebles 5 stars- but now even a one star is too much. I spend thousands of…read moredollars for multiple vehicles per year, sent my neighbor and parents too them as well and in return get rewarded with rude customer service from Nancy and also an incomplete job. They were refusing to answer me back about the current issue even after I sent over pix and documentation but I am sure they will find time to answer their review with their ChatGPT responses. The attention to detail has been going downhill, months back I got tires balanced and rotated and left and the alerts came on dash only to find out someone blew my back tire up over 10 pounds more then what it should be, another time paid for a $100 oil change and they forget to top fluids etc. I told them about this -- but this time I paid for an alignment and tire rotation -- only to find out the tires were not rotated to the back like I paid for. Nancy, who comes off very condescending and arrogant when I brought this to her attention, called me back to say she looked the camera and the tires were switched. This is impossible because the brand new tires I bought a few days before that were in the front are still there and I have the DOT numbers and pictures of them. What most likely happened was one of their tech took the tires off didn't pay attention and put them right back in the same spot they were. I sent documentation showing the DOT numbers and picture showing them still in the front and then they went radio silent. They didn't even review the stuff I sent over. She told me she would send a video showing them swapping it out even though it's impossible and instead I got a grainy image of a guy removing my tire, which shows nothing about the issue at hand. Once again they were put back in the wrong place. I have then reached out two or three times and now they are meeting me with silence. This is absolutely disgusting customer service. I also asked where the before, and after diagram was of the alignment I paid for, which I always received and keep for business purposes, and she got annoyed and basically said that was my Job to ask for it (instead of them providing on their own like other times). I told her I was not getting paid to micromanage knebles and she should learn how to speak to customers. It seems she doesn't like when you respond to her the way she talks with customers. After I asked for that diagram she basically said that I should trust them lol. There is an Accountability issue at Knebles and when I told Nancy how was she was acting she said "sorry YOU FEEL that way". Clearly they don't value customers who referred business and spend thousands and thousands of dollars every year, and also because they are refusing to reply to me, and they also talk to you with smug rude attitudes when you point something out. Everyone else there was nice to deal with (Holly, Fred),l. Looking forward to the reply that will come off charming for optics but actions speak louder than words

FYI I gave them 1 star because zero was not an option!…read more I ordered a new a car from them, sale rep was super nice, but Jay the sales manager not so much. The first issue was the price they quoted over price over the phone using a military discount ($500 on a $60K car), but never asked if I was in the military and never told me that was built into the price. The only reason I got the original price is because I stood up and left, literally got in my car before they came out and stopped me from leaving, agreeing to the original price. The second issue was with the title. I ordered the car and waited for it to arrive. The day after arrived the manager was asking me to come close the deal as it was the last two days of the month. I am in sales, so I understood why. The car arrive two weeks early so just to help them out, I had to run to the bank from they closed to pick up a check and drive an 75 minutes to get the car that night as our anniversary was the next day 9/30, so not an option. When we arrive they ask us to sign a power of attorney so they could do the paperwork the next day 9/30 as they did not have a finance manger there to do the paperwork that night. If you recall I ordered the car but we had my wife purchase the car., by mistake they titled the vehicle in my name and processed the loan check in my wife's name. The bank will not accept the title being in a different name than the loan. I called them and informed them of the mistake, but they would not help at all, simple said it was our mistake. I offered to pay the cost of the new title if they would file it. The title costs $70 but to get someone to do it at a title company costs $200-$300. The manager still said no it was not his faught. I called back the next day after looking at all the paperwork, only to see that they did everything in my wife's name except the title and they still would do none. I would never buy a car from them again. If you want to sell cars then have a complete staff on hands. If you want to close deals at the end of the month have a complete staff on hand. If you make a mistake own up to it ands even if you did not, you still offer customer service when it cost you zero dollars. This is my 3rd jeep and I will buy a 4th, but no way I would ever buy one from here again!
