They simply wouldn't and didn't want to level or sand down anything so I was left with no floors on site. I did not want carpet and already had all the flooring I wanted delivered. Within minutes at 10pm I am getting contacted by David Vaughan saying he would come out the next day to inspect the floors. After he came out and told me the other installers were simply lazy and didn't want to put in the work needed and they were able to squeeze me in last minute I was very relieved. They promised me that they would do the work until I was fully satisfied which they did. They came out 2 more times to address all of my concerns and kept their promise to satisfy their customer to the end. I would recommend going the this business over lowes or home depot budget installers that don't know what the heck they are doing. You get what you pay for and I'm fine paying a little more for a lot more satisfaction!
