After finishing my meal at a restaurant we decided to see what stores were around Apple Blossom Mall area and came upon this store. I wasn't able to find a book that caught by interest but I would recommend anyone to come in and take a look around.

Yes, easily removable on a gloss surface, generally. HOWEVER, direct-to-paper pricing stickers are a complete dealbreaker for 1960s-1980s matte paperbacks. Vintage paperbacks from publishers like Ace, DAW, and Ballantine used uncoated covers. Trying to peel them off with alcohol or ever a dryer ruin the book's value and is heartbreaking for lovers of old paperbacks. It's unfortunate.

I've been to several Ollie's, but this one was different. And, unfortunately, not in a good way. The pricing wasn't very discounted. It was such a shame to see items listed for the same, if not more, than you could get anywhere else. I am, however, giving 3 stars because the service was phenomenal at the checkout. That alone raises their mark for me. The cashier here was polite, quick, and made small talk while making sure my transaction was completed. I purchased a few hand towels. I could've gotten them for the same price somewhere else, but, when in Rome.... All in all, I probably won't be back to this location. There just wasn't enough positive to warrant my time or money being spent here.

He follows you around like a vulture. There's friendly service, overly-friendly service, and then there's overly-friendly to the point of harassment service. This guy is just past that last one. As an example, I was looking at calendars when he came up with a board game based on "The Office". He tried to get me to buy it, three times. Three times I had to say no before he stopped. Now I'm not quite sure what possessed him to think that me looking at a Garfield calendar would make him think I just HAD to have the Office board game, but he was pretty darn sure if it. Overall, it just felt like I was at a sleazy used car dealership. I left and came back a different day , thinking it may have been an fluke, because I really wanted my Garfield calendar. Same thing happened. I came in, picked up a Garfield calendar, and he swooped in and tried to sell me some random nonsense and wouldn't take no for an answer. Twice I came in for a Garfield calendar, and twice I left with nothing but sadness and frustration.
