They still have some in case you want to get them ahead of the Jin concert this weekend. I saw keychains, home decor, stickers, hair clips, etc. The staff was super friendly and made light small talk and let me know where they were having an upcoming sale on BTS albums. My husband and I stopped by this store since we have shopped at this chain when visiting Kentucky,…read moreOhio, and Kansas City in the past. It is definitely a large size store and they utilize the space well. They carry electronics, home goods, housewares, kitchen items, outdoor items, furniture, mattresses, gardening items, toiletries, clothing, electronics, and pantry items. The deals are pretty good, and sometimes they have things on clearance (watch for food items, since the dates are either close to the sell by dates or even past the sell by dates). I mean, I wasn't really in the market for specific items, but we found a meat probe for a good price, and actually some snacks too. It's too bad that I didn't live closer because they had patio furniture for sale at this one, and it would've definitely been worth the drive! The food aisles were plentiful (not like a different location that was mostly slim pickings). They do change out their inventory regularly, since this is a close out type of store. It was pretty clean and organized too! And from what I saw, service was pretty top notch--a few of us were looking for advertised deals and the staff (register people) hopped off and assisted with all of our questions and walked us over to the areas we needed to go to. If I'm ever in the area again, I plan to make a special trip out to this store!

I am very disappointed with my most recent experience at the store. I absolutely love their style,…read moreprices, decor. My mother and I went in and she bought me quite a few pieces of clothing and we spent quite a bit of money. All of the clothes fit perfectly, so I went ahead and tossed the receipt and the tag which I guess was my mistake. I wore a beautiful silky pair of pants and on day one, the seam got a large split.. I wasn't doing anything crazy, just getting up and down from my office job chair. I just bought these at full price a couple days prior. I went in to explain the situation and to see if there was anything they could do for me. I understand if there is protocol, but after my years of working in retail, usually there's at least something that can be done. I thought that maybe there was a possibility of getting some sort of store credit or replacement but no such luck. Even if I had the proof of purchase, the item has to be in good condition per the protocol. That's where things can get tricky because what if it's a faulty item or crappy quality? I wasn't doing anything to cause these pants to break but the material just gave out. I understand that they can't just take everything that comes back as a return, but something about this interaction felt like a very bad customer service experience. I bought a nice pair of pants, it ripped a couple days later, and now I have nothing to show for it. Even if I had proof of purchase, I would be out of luck according to them...I'll be lucky if I can get a seamstress to fix it with the material... I can't foresee myself coming back here if the material has a chance of being that fragile..
