To start off when we were ordering the cashier insisted that we needed to get two sides. I told her that I did not want any sides and she said that I had to get sides. So I told her okay just give me two sides or rice and I'll throw away the rice. Then when she made my frozen beer Rita she didn't even mix it. Another employee stop her and told her it wasn't right and she dumped the marg into a glass once and put it back into the glass. Then when the food came out. They fajitas didn't come with shells. This is a fun place to meet up with friends for a drink. Their beergaritas are signature!!! That would be a Margarita with a beer bottle turned upside down in the glass (basically 2 drinks in one). I like the frozen swirl one with the champagne bottle in it personally but the drinks are why you come!!! Food is decent. Chips and queso are also pretty top notch. We like that the new location in Windsor is next to our house. Bonus!!! read more

Helen Ann was our server and might I say I was quite impressed. She has an amazing professional attitude and a charming personality. I would say this establishment is very lucky to have her. I never make reviews or ask for people for their names but in this situation I felt it necessary. The avocado tacos were also surprisingly delightful. This was our first time to eat at Fuzzy's. Service was great, friendly and fast. Portion sizes were very good. I was expecting a little more flavor in my taco though. My daughter and son had the shredded chicken burrito which was just a little dry and I had the chorizo egg potato and cheese taco. It was good just a little bland. read more

If you're looking for watery drinks and horrible service come on in, if not go anywhere else. The purple haired hostess was the rudest person working in hospitality I've ever experienced. Obviously no training or supervision. She shouldn't even work in hospitality with her demeanor. As the manager of a large local venue I was mortified and embarrassed by her behavior. Still has that New Establishment Feel. Made the mistake of going to this place on "taco Tuesday" of all days and when we pulled up we INSTANTLY regretted it. We were there already so there was no turning back. First of all the Parking lot was a NIGHTMARE, no parking and so many cars went down into this isle where there was no place to turn around so cars would get stuck or just slam it in reverse and UGH nightmare. Inside was just as chaotic. People everywhere Lines for food, and drinks People standing looking for tables, It was a huge mess so give it some time for the newness to wear off unless this is your kind of thing. Lets get to the food which is the reason you are reading this. On an a normal taco Tuesday the deals are Amazing and the food is really GOOD! My favorite taco was the egg, potato, and chorizo taco. Also The margaritas were HUGE as well as delicious. I look forward to going back and trying some different tacos but I can check off at least six of them. I tried the Shrimp, The California heat, Egg, potato, and Chorizo as well as the Brisket, Spicy pork and beef. We also had chips with Guac, queso and salsa. My wife suggests mixing all three but by the time she filled us in on this little nugget of deliciousness it was all gone. Give them a try, they have great potential. read more

Well the food is decent. BUT the customer service is horrible. I ordered food for my daughter and myself. They ran my card and it didn't go through. So I stepped out of line and called my bank. My bank said everything on their end was fine so I got back in line. I ordered again and the lady was acting like it was such an inconvenience for her. She ran my card and all was fine. Then she started attacking me. Saying it wasn't her fault and it was clearly me and my card.. I had said nothing about it. I honestly stood their embarrassed while she off for over a minute. I usually have come here at least once to 3 times a week for lunch or whatever. But today the bartender served 3 people before us even being here first. She neglected to ever say your welcome after every time saying thank you. Evan after I had to ask twice to get water! The new bartender came in and even asked if I needed anything and I never even got questioned on the drinks or the food. The whole time there was no customer service and had no priority to even talk or help us accordingly. I will NOT come back here again! read more

This is probably best restaurants in Windsor. Great selection of beers and Rita's. Happy hour is from 3-6 and it's the best deal in town. The service staff is the most friendly and prompt I have ran into in a long time. Even when there busy the line moves fast. Stop by and see for yourself. read more

The food here is mediocre at best. I really only come here every once in awhile because it's close and inexpensive. However today they messed up so many things I don't know that I'll ever go back. Everything from the drinks to the food was horrible as well as the service! The cashier could not comprehend that I did not want any sides. Then when she was making my friends drink she made it so completely wrong she had to be told by one of the other bartenders to mix it up. All she did was pour it into another cup give it a swirl and then pour it back into my friends drink glass without redoing the salt rim. We also watched her short the shots in the drinks. The kitchen wasn't any better, they messed up the food. When we pointed this out they remade the nachos, but they messed these up so badly again that my friend basically just had tortilla chips covered in a nasty cheese sauce with none of the additional salsas. My other friend got shrimp tacos that were so overcooked he could not eat them. This was a whole new low, even Taco Bell does better than this! read more

This was a very convenient choice for our trips to Windsor for basketball. The first time we went it was great, everything was good and service was too. The second time we ended up waiting 45 minutes for our food. Somehow the kitchen didn't get our order. There was no offer to offset the inconvenience. Tonight, we got it to go; we ordered the pork nachos and when we got to the basketball court we noticed there was no cheese on the nachos. It had dry chips and pork, that was it. This place has never been known for its food, right.. so the fact that the food was the highlight is pretty telling. I got my standard, Ruby Rita. A frozen margarita with a shot of grapefruit vodka and a leinenkugel grapefruit shandy tipped in it. First off, the woman at the computer taking our order was a hot mess. Couldn't get anything the first time, and when one member of our party said "no sides" that just blew her little mind. She proceeded to tell us you can't just do that it comes with sides. This person is on Keto, they didn't want carbs. So she says you can get beans. Uh lady you know beans are a carb right? We tell her we don't want the sides, we won't eat them. We don't care about the price. It took my boyfriend very bluntly saying fine put two sides of rice on there and we will throw them away for you. . Then after making this whole exchange super awkward she decides she's also going to make our drinks, and I had the bad foresight to be the only one that ordered a drink that had to be made. So she throws the frozen (that's a stretch - it wasn't even icy) marg in, throws maybe .25 ounce of grapefruit vodka in - I know because I watched her fill the 0.5 ounce side of a jigger halfway before giving up. Doesn't bother to mix these two, it just looks like the margarita has been stabbed. Then someone tells her that looks like shit, she pours it in a shaker knocking all the salt off the rim, tosses up once, and pours it right back in. This glass is a mess. It's spilling it's running all over. She doesn't care. She hands it to me and looks happy with herself. THEN we get our food. Mine is covered in cilantro which I won't eat and made a point of asking for it o be left off. So I wait even longer while the guy at the back window looks personally offended that he didn't read the ticket. IT WASNT EVEN THAT BUSY. this place blows. read more

This review is based only on their margaritas. They have decent Tex Mex food, 3-4 stars. They put some kind of sparkling water in their margaritas and some of the blended stuff that comes out of the machines...it's so wired and gross. Every time I come and try to order a regular run of the mill margarita (you know: tequila, triple sec, lime juice) they look at me like they have no clue what I'm talking about. Not only that, the 'bartenders' don't know how to make a real margarita. I order the same one every time and it's different every time. And they are just not very good.
