Food is ok. Nothing special, but not bad. The drinks however are AMAZING. Watch your food order as they will screw it up 99 times out of 100. They are always super apologetic, and try to make up for it by giving you free stuff. I don't want any free stuff, just wish the people taking orders paid more attention and/or the cook staff actually paying attention to what is ordered. Managers are super responsive, and really seem to care about your experience. They have an exceptional management team. It is a really good place overall. Started off with a nice date night with friends. Quickly turn rogue. Looking for a nightcap a couple of drinks some nachos good camaraderie. No after waiting in line for what seem like forever we were able to order drinks and our food. Should be simple., furthest from that. Two beers and two margaritas on the rocks. Every other sprints that was extremely simple. We had this fostering personality, wearing a pink shirt completely screwed everything up. Fortunately, the Bears were right, but the margaritas were a complete opposite. After going to the bathroom to have two ibuprofens to kill my headache from the entire experience, ended up being a lot of effort to get the frozen margarita replaced with the margarita on the rocks. So petty but we were able to watch a nice episode of happy Gilmore, enjoying the drinks the way we ordered. This is about my favorite place in the world. Super casual, friendly staff and an inoffensive atmosphere that everybody enjoys. I bring colleagues and family here at least once a week. The shredded brisket, shredded chicken, and fajita chicken tacos are top notch. The nachos are also amazing and a significant portion. I buy the buttburnin' hot sauce for home. The beer is always cold and super cheap but you may want to try one of their frozen margs with a bottle of beer inverted in it. I've been to several Fuzzy's locations and this one might be my favorite. The seating area is quite large compared to smaller locations due to the enclosed patio seating area (a permanent fixture, not a temporary covid addition). They have converted from seat yourself to hostess-sat due to covid and I much prefer it since you're guaranteed to get seating rather than wandering around without finding a table for your party. The drinks are boozy and delicious. I like the swirled frozen margarita options but I also like the mixed options. My only complaint about my last visit is that I ordered a margarita with an angry orchard inverted, but they were out of angry orchard. I wasn't informed until after I had paid for the drink and was waiting for it. I was given the option to sub champagne which I personally don't mind but I wish I had known before I paid for it because I might have chosen something different. I like the chips and queso and the taco options. The shrimp tacos are my fave (both grilled and tempura). On a covid note: lots of people move around the restaurant with out a mask on. It doesn't bother me because masks are off at the table anyway but if this makes you uncomfortable you might choose to come back post-covid. The sauces stay on the table between customers and I'm not sure if the bottle is wiped down between customers or not. If Mexican restaurant doesn't know Michelada, then I wont call it a Mexican restaurant. They didn't even know about this drink. Menu is simple , they dont have Tamale. The food was good. We were here with family for a graduation lunch. Our first Morning Glorys were good and made properly. The 2nd round was a different and the bartender couldn't make a morning glory. She dumped the entire bottle of champagne on the bar. I asked if she could remake it. I got an attitude. She made the 2nd one. Same thing. Slammed the bottle down and created an explosion. These drinks aren't cheap because you are paying for two drinks. Still in love with this place!! Its busy, but worth the wait, and easier to get a table if you have your teenager continue to keep making circles to find one. Tried the California Heat Taco, SO good, along with my brisket nachos, haven't tired of them yet. Don't get me wrong! I normally am a huge fuzzy's fan! That being said, we came here before an event at the blue arena. We got chips and queso (very simple). Started off with getting ice cold queso and then when we asked for it to be warm, I found a LONG black hair in the queso... honestly disgusting. Visited fuzzy's on Saturday night 11/6 .World series was playing so a busy night. Had great service, good food . I would like to know now that COVID has gone away .. Not.. just wondering why the bartenders feel you don't have to clean any more . We sat at the bar and apparently it's not protocol to wipe the counters down in between customers?? The counters were filthy to the point I didn't even want to touch them. I did see our bartender take a coaster and scrape the remnants off to the floor .. As of Sunday, November 6, 2022. I've been to three continents l, more than 40 states, and God knows how many cities over the years. Up until today I've never been to a restaurant without a flaw. Service, wait time, atmosphere, you name it. No restaurant experience is perfect, but Fuzzy's Taco Shop here in Loveland, Colorado defied all expectations. I was half expecting some local start up that went with interior design to makeup for average deliverance. What I got instead was an amazing margarita made and served in less than 90 seconds and great nachos made in less than five minutes! Erika who was bartending and serving me made the best goddamn cocktail I've ever had! A Fuzzy Float, an alcoholic root beer float. The nachos were simple, yet delicious! The manager (I think his name his name is Miguel) needs to be fired immediately. I have never felt so uncomfortable speaking to someone. He was disrespectful and did not hear my concerns. He refused to serve me when I asked to speak to his supervisor, he said, "I'm not going to let you speak to my supervisor and I am now refusing to serve you." My husband & I recently just visited some family in Colorado and we are from Texas so we've been to the Fuzzy's down here but this one is a game changer! We've never seen a Fuzzy's Taco Shop quite like it. As soon as we walked in, staff greeted us with a smile and great manners!! We sat down near the bar area and just relaxed. Amazing atmosphere! If you've been to a Fuzzy's in Texas, you'll know that they are nothing alike. Food came out very fast and manager came around making sure we were taken care of. We felt very catered to. I've been to the Windsor location multiple times and they can never seem to get the order correct. They always forget multiple ingredients for main dishes and we have also been shorted our sides in the past. Tonight I ordered a burrito bowl and it was missing 3 of the 8 ingredients listed on the menu... That's unacceptable to not receive the food you've paid for. Its the same Fuzzy's chain that is in Fort Collins. Although a refreshing location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Customer service was great. The food is pretty much standard Fuzzy's fare. Popular items are the Taco Plate (Shrimp Tempura or Mahi Tempura - you can't go wrong here), Salads are good and the sides we love the most are the Cilantro Lime Rice and Latin Fried Potatoes. Reasonably priced. Lots of drink options to wash down your food with. Plenty of parking and plenty of seating. I'm glad they opened a new location in Windsor. read more

the food is good. last time I was there I heard a manger starting an argument with a emplyee younger girl after the girl told the manger how she felt she ended up getting sent home right away. I decided to go back in a week later and heard ANOTHER argument with the mangers and a different employee about how the mangers didn't tell her that she had a family emergency and the mangers told the girls family she wasn't there. I ordered a shrimp taco and a fajita beef taco. Only when I went to pickup, did I notice that she had rang up mahi mahi taco instead of shrimp. No big deal since I was open to trying something new. I wasn't impressed by either. The mahi mahi pieces were small and dry. The beef was dry and tough. I was also expecting some onion and peppers - isn't that what fajita is all about? So my conclusion about the taco is: the base is the same and you'll get about 2-3 slivers of the protein you'd ordered. The base is iceberg lettuce, cilantro, diced tomato and feta cheese. The choice of cheese is odd - who puts feta cheese in Mexican food? There's no sour cream, guacamole, salsa. For $8 total, I think I'd get a big burrito somewhere else, and tastier too. Plus I won't be hungry after that. All very disappointing although the gals are really friendly when taking your order, and super efficient in picking up your empty baskets. read more

This was a recommendation from a colleague as I am on a business trip. Since I'm just coming off of a flight I was looking for something quick and close to my hotel. Just from looking in from the outside you can see that it's vibrant, bright and fun. As you walk in you see lots of seating, beers on tap and a huge menu. I ordered the queso with chorizo and the fajita chicken plate with a mango margarita. The queso is ready within minutes, you're told to walk to the counter in the back and they dish it out for you right there. The main dishes are ready when the pager they give you. The margaritas are huge and they have a wide variety from flavored margaritas to ones with wine or beer. The food was decent, pretty standard for a Mexican restaurant. read more

I was so disappointed in this location this past Wednesday evening. I went in for a DoorDash order and almost immediately had to walk back out. They were packed, the line from the bar went all the way to the front door, and there were no empty tables between tables. In the 5 minutes that I waited at the front to get somebody's attention to get my order, a group of women walked out without their masks and then immediately came back in because they saw someone they knew, and started hugging everybody at the table. It was very uncomfortable given the state of the pandemic. Even waiting in my car for them to bring the order out I saw people walking around the restaurant and interacting with different tables without masks. Just left the same review on google!!! -We ordered a chicken enchilada plate and beef nachos with extra beef. We got no extra beef. I had to ask the girl who came to my car for my order to get us extra beef and my chicken enchilada literally tasted like cat food.... i was so angry. It was cheese and shredded chicken combined. I think I had a total of 1 tablespoon of chicken and cheese in each enchilada.. here's some photos. We will never eat here again. I wouldn't even give it 1 star.
