Their plastic bags have a little message, "LET'S DO THIS AT YOUR PLACE"

Two stars rating is the best I can give this place. Whereas I don't even want to waste my words or time to write a review about this place, I somehow feel compelled to do so. Here it is. I was between my side hustle shifts where I needed to eat something quickly. As this place was literally right next to where I was at (after my shift) I had no choice but to het me something from here. I wanted something light so I went with the Shredded Chicken Salad. The price wasn't bad at $8.99. You can't find a bowl of Mexican salad at this price anywhere nowadays so I was like what the hiccup. I stood in line of about 10 people (ahead of me) but surprisingly the line moved pretty quickly (fortunately.) The lady who took my order was friendly and welcoming. At least the service is not bad here. What surprised me more was the fact that my salad came out from the kitchen lighting fast! I probably only waited 2 minutes at the most. A young man who handed me my food was also nice. The restaurant was clean (which I took a note of.) It's not like I walked around to investigate its cleanliness but I could clearly see the bar seating area that didn't have any dirtiness ir anything. Once I got my salad, I rushed backwards to my car and started eating the food. And yep, I got what I paid for ($8.99). The salad was barely a decent one. The lettuce tasted old. The shredded chicken was also low quality kind. I don't believe in wasting food so I ate 80% of it before I decided that the rest should be discarded (the brown looking juice that came out from the old lettuce at the bottom truly grossed me out.) Well, like I said, I just needed something quick as I was on time crunch. The money I wasted on this gross food was only $9 so that's not bad. I'm still giving this place 2 stars though because of the nice service. The end....

Great service, average food. Had a beer at 9 am so that rocks. Full bar and opens at 8 in the morning can't beat that.

I think it's missing something?

Nasty, no cilantro, salsa. Fish tasted like major salt. The fish tasted like a salt block. Why can't you have adults working there? Oh that's right food cost. Guess what your shit's nasty crap.

Love Fuzzy's Taco! My hubby and I share an order of chips and queso and a brisket salad. Was awesome. Service was good. Always a fun place.

Original and "Refund" Receipts.

Food was alright but to-go portions are pathetic and service is incompetent. Sauces tasted like they were from a can. Young boy at cash 3 didn't explain that certain tacos and sides didn't make a platter and charged me full price for four separate items without the chance to realize I was overcharged because I had asked for a platter. When I asked for a refund on the sides only he came back and left three times before finally a "manager" came. The refund was "issued" but I NEVER received it. I had a feeling their system was supposed to give me cash since I paid half with cash and half card. Now the card charge has hit my account and I have no cash. I've paid for food I did not want, canceled, and then didn't receive. Terrible service and just to have to pay their service charges too at this location...

This place used to be awesome, but not so much anymore. They are really skimping on the food for the price. $4.99 for this taco that barely has anything in it. For whatever reason, the quality has gone down hill.

Crap

Pathetic is all I can say. 5$ a taco for some pile of crap that looks worse and a smaller portion than Taco Bell. Highly unimpressed. Torches from now on it is.

Originally, I was satisfied with the existence of Torchys Tacos and Red Velvet Tacos in my life. Turns out my life was still incomplete until I stumbled across Fuzzy's Tacos! I was entranced by how many items were on their menu, and ended up ordering a quesadilla, and the 2 combo plate (one enchilada and one taco) Quesadilla was yummy and filling! After one slice I had to take a break so that I can stomach my entree. My fiancé enjoyed it as well despite finding most quesadillas "boring". Guess this place was an exception! My mahi taco was SO fresh it felt like I traveled to the tropics. Such a delightful experience! Definitely need to try other flavors. The star was the enchilada. Got the beef one smothered in queso. My sides were the fuzzy's rice and refried beans and that combination was SO good I could not stop eating. I felt like I became a human vacuum and just gobbled everything nonstop. Extremely addicting flavors that blends so well together that it made me almost food coma at the end. SO GOOD.

My wife is turned off by the name, but I finally got to try Fuzzy's - and it's good! Far more than tacos, I would call it Generic Urban Mexican Food In A Nice Environment. My queso-covered ground-beef enchilada was good, and so was the taco. The refried beans weren't bad. I wasn't crazy about the Mexican rice. My daughter's chicken nachos were good, but many places do nachos better. Would I go again? Yeah. Is it my new favorite Mexican food restaurant? Not even close. BTW, you walk in and order at a counter, and they want to be tipped then - before any service has been rendered. That's inappropriate.

Airport quality at best. Would not recommend. Go elsewhere. Not good. Staff ok. Basically taco time with alcohol.

This time, I had dinner with family and friends downstairs. The walls are adorned with Mexican wrestling posters and the tables circle around a huge bar backed by an impressive wall of tequilas and mezcals. Even the front entrance showcases Mexican distillates. The drink menu is creative, with lots of fresh fruit and thoughtful specialties, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. They also offer a vast selection of tequilas and mezcals sourced by the owners. I especially appreciated that the mezcals are served in traditional gourd cups, a jicara. The food menu is like a upscale taco shop, with innovative appetizers and tacos rather than the usual predictable options, like enchiladas in red sauce. I really like the California burrito and the Nashville taco, but all of the food was enjoyed. They also have a great selection of salsas.

She gave us water and after another 12 minutes didn't return to take our order. I had to go to the bar and ask for our server, as I was speaking to the young man, our server was sitting a few feet behind the bar eating! A few minutes later another server came and took our order. It was not busy at all... We went on a Wednesday at 2:30 in the afternoon. Luckily we filled up on the chips and salsa because it took another 20 minutes for a couple tacos and a side of beans to arrive. If I could give -0, I would.

The bean dip was decent. The waitress first brought a side plate filled with diced jalapeños, tomatoes, onion, cilantro and avocados. Shortly after the shrimp cocktail with saltines arrived. It had plenty of saltines on the plate thankfully. The goblet was on the smaller side and was filled to the rim with sauce. OK I guess I gotta dig in the make room for the condiments. For those of you who don't know the sauce is usually a Clamato mix and super flavorful. This I swear, tasted like the liquid from a can of whole tomatoes. Or possibly ketchup water but I think the former. There were 8 boiled shrimp hiding in this $23 dish. I was brought more water but the waitress never came back and asked how my meal was. I was starved and rushed so I plowed through this disappointing dish. I drive by this place regularly and since it was a Monday I was denied my usual Charcoal Broiler lunch in FTC as they are closed. People around me were happily eating so I would say just avoid the shrimp cocktail at all cost.
