The service at the Moore Fuzzys was horrible, but what do you expect from a bunch of kids. My wife and I ordered nachos a few tacos and a beer special that was being advertised on a poster. When the staff rung up the order, I noticed the drink wasn't the same cost as the special price being advertised. I asked, is the extra cost tax? The cashier said "probably" I then replied, could you check? She walked away, not saying anything and when she came back she said the price is what she rang up! So. Much. Grease. I'd heard good things about Fuzzy's so I'd really been wanting to try them. In the interest of full disclosure I got this delivered by one of the national services. It arrived as ordered. I had ordered 2 brisket tacos and 2 special ground beef. There was a lot of brisket on the tacos, which is good, but to the point there was no room for anything else. But there was also more grease than I'd have expected on the foil they were wrapped in. Turns out that was nothing when I opened the ground beef tacos the foil was covered in orange grease to the point it was dripping out of them. Hey it's ground beef there's going to be some grease/fat. But this CLEARLY had not been drained. Completely unappetizing. Really just a meh meal and not something I'm likely to order again. read more

Have always loved Fuzzy's tacos. I always get the fajita beef and it's always been great. However, at the Moore, ok location, I continue to get fajita beef that is solid gristle. The meat in both tacos was like chewing gum and swallowing it whole. It was so gristly, I could not even bite the meat without pulling it apart with my hands. these were the worst fajita beef tacos I have ever had. Hope they fix this problem. read more

The Moore location opened today and is sure to be a resounding success. There's always a danger in going on opening day to a restaurant though. Lines can be longer, staff still learning the ropes, etc. So the internal debate quickly waged when the family was trying to decide if and when to go today. Honestly, it was a silly thought because we had been counting down for this day for months...so of course, we are going. So glad we did too, Fuzzy's in Moore is the epitome of how to open a new restaurant. The place was hopping but lines moved extremely fast, staff kept a close eye on us to ensure we wanted for nothing, and I lost track of the smiles on people's faces. The food was awesome as we've grown accustom to at other locations, so we will be back...and soon. I highly recommend the shredded chicken tacos, they are delicious. My wifee got the ground beef nachos, and despite being tasty, she couldn't finish because it was so huge. Amazing food and atmosphere! I'd rate it as 9.5 out of 10, with the only area of improvement being to add Diet Dr Pepper. It's a staple in Oklahoma and there needs to be a way to have it with our Mexican food! read more

I dined in a couple nights ago but just now getting a chance to post a review. Got there about 10pm(They close at 11pm). We ordered our food and for some reason it took about 15-20minutes to make two quesadillas. Our quesadillas were filled with way to much pico and big chunks of Jalapeños which made them taste horrible. I normally eat at the Fuzzys in Bricktown but tonight we didn't want to deal with Thunder traffic after the game so we just came down to Moore as we leave close by. I would most definitely avoid any sauce that's on the table because about 10:45 PM a worker came by with a Fuzzys cup filled with sauce and was going around to every table topping off the bottles and putting on the old crusty tops/Spouts with sauce caked on. I've only eaten at one Fuzzys(a lot) and I thought they would all be the same awesomeness but this one fell short. I would make the trip to Bricktown and visit that Fuzzys as that one has never let me down and the food is always great. I almost forgot to mention as we put our chips down on our table a worker came by no more than 10 seconds later and picked up our receipt, crushed it and then picked up our chips and was about to trash a brand new 3/4 of the way filled chips and queso basket. read more

Their food when you dine in is really good, but never ever order to go! First of all, I ordered a grilled shrimp salad, and what did I get? A nasty warm chicken salad that was the worst salad I have ever eaten. I was already all the way home, so I didn't feel like driving back to get my order fixed. Thought it was a pretty good place until we found what looked like a beard hair or pubic hair in our nachos.

We've been here several times, mostly because my husband and I love the shredded chicken quesadillas. On our last visit we decided to try dessert and ordered the churros. I was really disappointed. Are they always served at room temperature? I expected them warm, like a sopapilla. I was also disappointed that the dipping sauce (kind of chocolate sauce) was ice cold. I detected no sugar or cinnamon on the churros, just room temperature dough. Since they weren't warm, the oil they were cooked in overwhelmed the taste. We won't try them again, especially for over $4 with tax. If that's the way they are always served, then it's just a dish I don't like; however, if they're supposed to be served differently - I'd expect better oversight at the pass. read more

Used to love this place. Then it just tanked. We usually order takeout and never have problems. The past few times have been subpar. First, our tempura shrimp and fish on our tacos was burned so bad my husband took them back. They gave him a coupon for a free meal of some sorts. We ate our freshly burned tempura foods on our new tacos and gave up. Decided to go back a few weeks later since we had a free meal. Was told said meal expired and it had expired BEFORE I received the coupon. Said they would "honor it this one time" but I needed to use it before it expired. Kind of hard to use a coupon when they give you one that is already expired. Ate another round of burned tempura shrimp, a California Heat taco that was assembled so poorly that the contents were outside the shell, and decided this was our last visit. I love the Fuzzy's in Bricktown, but this one still has some work to do. My husband and I came in after the thunder game about 10ish so still a little while before closing. The place had several people but it wasn't packed or anything. We have eaten Fuzzy's many times in Bricktown and have a few dishes that we get on a regular basis. This trip was no different. We ordered chips and queso to share, and we each got a quesadilla (shrimp for him, chicken for me). We got our chips and queso, put them on our table with our receipt and went to get our drinks. My husband thankfully turned around. The guy cleaning the table next to us had grabbed our food and receipt and was proceeding to throw them away. My husband caught him and got them back but the guy had already crumpled the receipt up. We got our drinks and sat down to eat the chips and queso, only to realize there were very few chips in the basket to begin with. Oh well, they're only chips right? We finally got our food after a little long wait for two quesadillas. They weren't very hot when we got them and there was pico in both. As I said before, these are are normal dishes so we know when something's off. While the menu does say there is pico with the dish, it has always been served on the side and not IN the quesadilla. Not this time apparently. This time it was both. In all fairness I don't think it would have been that bad except for the fact that there were giant chunks of jalapeño in it. My chicken one was also sporting several pieces of bone in it too, one of which I swallowed. And let me just tell you, it did not feel good going down. As my husband and I were talking the waiters came and refilled the hot sauce Just for clarification they put new hot sauce ON TOP OF the old hot sauce. Translation: the top is fresh, but the bottom might be months old and have been exposed to a massive amount of bacteria. It didn't really help that they didn't clean the bottles. It looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a month or more. There was hot sauce caked all around the bottle. I try to give newer restaurants a bit of slack. I understand they are trying to work out kinks, waiters are still learning the menu, etc. However, this place has had plenty of time to pull their act together. Seen this place a few months now and finally decided to give it a try with my girlfriend. Now, keep in mind, I'm not a foodie person or critic. It doesn't take much to please me. The place was clean, staff friendly, but the problem arose after I received my order. I ordered 4 tacos because I was indecisive about which one I wanted v. which one(s) I would like. Now, having ate tacos for 30 something of my 35 years, I have eaten at many taco establishments and I enjoy a good salsa with my tacos. I did not see a salsa station, which is ok because this was not that type of establishment. I went to the counter and requested some salsa seeing how my girlfriend had some with her plate. The clerk then advised me it would be a dollar for a small thing of salsa. I was shocked. Is this. It a Mexican restaurant??? Chili's doesn't charge for ketchup? I was just shocked. I ordered three since I saw how small my gf's was. I just don't understand. You don't charge for salsa when someone is eating at your establishment. I can understand if I just walked in and asked for a pint of salsa, but just a small bit to eat with my tacos is ridiculous. Will not be going back. read more
