Horrible! I would rather have Taco Bell. I used to frequent Fuzzy's in Fort Worth and it was always great but I ordered the two taco meal - brisket taco was so dry and tasteless I had to wash it down with a drink just to swallow and fish taco was so fishy tasting and dry eat it. Now on to the customer service - rude, unhappy, clearly everyone working here wished they didn't. Our family has mixed feeling about this place.my husband hates he would say he's a purist and feta and garlic sauce are not options for a taco. So family gatherings here are out.I've been several times with my daughter and book club. I like the shrimp taco but I thought they used to make them with double corn tortillas and now only one. That said, my taco was not pick up friendly as the tortilla was split. A fork is not how you eat a taco. Chips and queso were okay, just so you know, it doesn't come with salsa that is extra. I've been to several different locations, but when I take my mom to lunch we go to the Moore location. Although it's on super busy 19th street it's far enough down you can make a left turn. This location has been good every time I've been, and this last time was no exception. They are practicing social distancing and the employees wear masks. We have eaten at Fuzzy's a few timesZ the prices are reasonable and the kids meals are great. I got the chicken fajita plate. It was ok, nothing to brag about. Both of my kiddos got the nachos for kids. The sizing for the kids nachos was big. No complaints there. It was a tiny bit busy when we were there. But, we managed to find something good for our party of 5. I liked the flour tortillas and the car food. Parking can be a little troublesome as there are other businesses around. Firstly, let me say, I LOVE Fuzzys. I've been to 4 locations around Edmond, Downtown, Moore and Norman. Also, let me say, I've shown this location some serious grace over the last few visits. I loathe changing my rating from a higher one to a lower one. It's not my style. However, with all of that being said, man, I had to do it. We came in on a Thursday night to a dead restaurant. It's a pretty big space, but at 7pm, there were about 5 tables seated. We went right up and ordered our food. I chose a taco and a bean and rice burrito smothered with queso. Relax, it was my one meal of the day. My husband ordered the chilaquiles and an egg and potato burrito. It was also his one meal of the day, pipe down. The kids had a cheese quesadilla and chips and queso. The queso was so cold, it was really luke-warm. The kids ate it anyway, but they are also 6&7, so bear that in mind. By burrito was ok, the question wasn't hot like it should have been either and the rice was undercooked and crunchy. The ground beef in my taco was exceptionally dry and so salty I could only eat half of the taco. My husband started picking stuff out of his burrito. When I enquired as to why, he said it was basically all potato and he couldn't taste the egg. He didn't really eat his main either. Since I don't believe in waisting money, I asked what the problem was with that also. He said he'd never get it again. The chicken was extremely dry and again very little egg. I don't eat chilaquiles and from the look of it I didn't realize there was even egg supposed to be in there. I actually asked him if he was sure egg was supposed to be in there because I didn't see any. All in all it would be very unlikely that we would revisit this location at all. read more

I would like to start off by saying I'm somewhat of a queso connoisseur. Quality queso is honestly a make or break factor for me and Fuzzy's has been known for great queso blanco. When I was in college there were many times that I biked to Fuzzy's just to get a cup with some of those crispy chips (and sometimes I'd dip some of those tasty fried taters in that cheesy goodness too!). Unfortunately, this particular Fuzzy's is not up to snuff. We ordered queso, the chorizo and potato breakfast burrito, a battered fish burrito, Mexican rice, and some Latin fried potatoes. The chorizo in the breakfast burrito was way overshadowed by the copious amounts of potato stuffed inside. Usually chorizo should have a strong enough flavor that even a smaller amount has a good flavor balance with the other components of a burrito, but here it was not so. It wasn't terrible, but hot sauce was required to make it serviceable. The tempura burrito was decent, but overloaded with white rice. The Mexican rice.... think microwaved instant rice. Gummy and just generally bad. Probably the worst part of our order. As for the potatoes, they have always been a favorite of mine so I was particularly excited to devour them again... but I was severely disappointed. The once crispy and flavorful cuts of scrumptious starch were soggy, lukewarm, and lacking in seasoning. Still edible, but hardly worth the calories. And finally, the queso. My sweet beloved. IT WAS BASICALLY VELVEETA. I don't understand why, but this queso is literally different from the other locations I've been to, which is so strange and sad. It's really mediocre (something you could get at any old Tex-mex place) and extremely disappointing when you are expecting that creamy, beautiful queso blanco. Overall, this experience has made me question my good experiences at all other Fuzzy's. Is this just a single franchise problem? Or has the entire thing gone down the toilet? Sometime I'll have to wander to the downtown location to see for myself. You can bet I won't step foot in the Moore location again! read more

I got the shrimp fajitas. It was good. Can't complain. You can not still eat in the restaurant as of now so I had to take it to go. I think it would've been better in the restaurant though. Clean, friendly restaurant with walk up ordering! TV's placed around the room with sports channels on. Mexican combo plate with enchilada and chicken taco was good! Normal choice of mixed drinks and beer are available. All regular drinks come with a large souvenir cup. Even the Pico mix had no flavor. Think I was ripped off on this item. Shredded chicken taco - again ZERO flavor: cilantro tasted like nothing, feta and shredded cheese also no flavor. Chicken had no seasoning. Ground Beef Taco: Plenty of seasoning in the meat but they didn't drain ANY of the grease before putting it on the tortilla. Ended up with grease all over the rolled up part of the foil wrapper and all over my table. Cilantro, feta and cheese still no flavor. Fuzzy dust was devoid of any flavor whatsoever. Couldn't even tell it was there except for some red splattering on the chips in small areas. Butt Burning Sauce: LOL what a joke. It's Taco Bell mild. Nothing to write home about. Fire is 30x hotter than this stuff. Heck, Mike Chen's Crispy Garlic Hot Oil makes this Butt Burning Sauce seem like swamp water. Consistency is the best word to describe Fuzzy's. Each location. Each visit: Same friendly staff, same high quality food. We get chips and quest each time because their queso is made from Tears of angels, obvs. The salads are fresh and excellent. The special ground beef tacos are full of beef, feta, tomatoes and lettuce. YUM! My littles like the quesadillas and the churros. My son branched out and tried the smothered burrito. He ate it, but said it wasn't his fav. The cilantro rice and potatoes are perfect! These are hands down the best tacos ive had in a long time. The chicken tacos are the best. Im not even a brisket fan and i loved the brisket tacos! The chips have a nice chili powder seasoning on it which enhances the taste. The salsa is amazing. The consistency is this nice paste that doesnt feel runny or chunky. My daughter loves their chips and queso so I will order from them because of her. Otherwise this place is not good. The food is bland and poorly made. They consistently screw my orders up. They either forget a major ingredient (like the meat in taco bowl) or they forget my food altogether. Then I have to drive over there to pick it up even though I just paid doordash a fortune and they don't even refund it. I honestly don't like this place.
