Visiting the area & went based on the reviews. Only went for the desserts but they were not stocked. Would have liked to try the cookies but not available. We did get the cinnamon toaster bread (pricey) but it lost all the frosting on top when they shoved it hot in the bag--so that was a waste. It was okay-dry but okay once toasted. Pros: Fast service, good food, affordable, central in Saginaw, Mooney's ice-cream. Cons: Parking lot can become full very quickly at lunch I always get the burger and am never disappointed. However, the breakfast is the deal breaker. HUGE portions. Great flavor. If you order the pancakes, be sure to mention whether or not you want the "short stack" (2 pancakes) or "large stack (x3)". If you don't specify, they will automatically give you the large stack. Never had bread pudding before going to Fuzzy's. Great stuff. Fuzzy's...it was good. The cinnamon bread exceptional... I REALLY wanted the cinnamon bread french toast, but went for the BLT (so I wouldn't fall asleep in the afternoon). It was a great sandwich. Also had a greek salad. Took home a loaf of iced cinnamon bread- delicious! We were too full for ice cream, but they had a TON of flavors. I will go back for the ice cream! read more

I'm in love with their food. Especially the grilled cinnamon bread. Never disappointing! Awesome portions for kinda cheap. The service however can be kind of shitty. Everyone else has raved about the service, maybe its my timing. I dined in with a friend and the waitress never refilled our glasses til the check pretty much came. Even then I had to ask and she only filled mine when my friend's had been empty since we ordered. She had always walked away too quickly. Today we ordered take out with a really rude woman who we even heard snap at another customer that they needed to wait because she was doing a take out order. She then rudely told us she had to void the whole order when we asked to substitute the ham for sausage in an omelette. So minus a star for service. We stopped here based on Yelp reviews and were not disappointed. The folded sandwhiches were excellent, and made with their pizza dough. I also had a cup of the beef barley soup that was clearly homemade and packed with barley. It was a little hard to find for out of towners on a road trip, but hey that's why God invented GPS. read more

We stopped here for lunch at 1 on a Sunday. When we arrived it was nearly full, but there were open tables. It was 5-7 minutes before we were greeted and had drink orders placed. We ordered a burger, folded sandwich and cinnamon bread. It did feel like we waited quite a while. At least 15 minutes, which for a burger as part of the meal maybe reasonable. The server was quick to refill our drinks and the food was innovative and tastes good. You guys should have a "drop customers home" option. The food was just as simple and delicious as it can with great quantity that fills you up. They make the bread at the spot is served hot and fresh. I took a folded veggie sandwich. That bread had a crispy outside crust and was soft on the inside with a slightly sweet taste. Quaint place that's both a good restaurant and a killer ice cream parlor. I had the bacon burger which was delicious, and the wife had the Godfather breakfast skillet. Love the old school ice cream parlor, but in terms of breakfast- this place isn't winning any awards anytime soon, even in Sagnasty. They have an interesting take on a breakfast sammie that was pretty good - basically an omelette stuffed into a part pita/part calzone-type pocket. However, the rest of the standard fare was run of the mill and greasy as hell. Wheat or white toast, bland hashbrowns and corned beef hash that admittedly came from a can. My advice? Stick to the ce cream and calzones. read more

Waitress must have been hung over or something. She got our order totally wrong, and was rude when we told her she brought out the wrong dishes. It took another 20 minutes to get the food! Fuzzes is a great place to eat. The food is really good. The first time I went was with my Aunt Mary Jo and Frank. We must have looked funny all of us have canes. We call ourselves the cane bergade. Lol Anywsys our first time there was really not all that good. The waitress was not in a very good mood and didnt treat us too well. But we tried again cause my uncle favorite food is hamburgers. And she was a whole lit better. I hope whatever it was that day we came in was taken care of. Cause she seemed better the very next time we came in Good thing we did cause mow we enjoy all their food and icecream and pies. Sometimes we all go through things in our life and we forget to check our attitudes. And take it out on customers we serve. I know I was a cashier for over 30 years. Simply apologize. People do understand that life is hard. People do deserve second chances and I glad we did that with Fuzzys. read more

In town for a family trip & I have to say that I was a bit apprehensive to try a restaurant called Fuzzy's. But we were very pleased with the breakfasts! The coffee is fresh & flavorful. The cinnamon French Toast was made from a glazed cinnamon bread that they make in house, no syrup required. The omelets were perfectly sized & quite tasty as well. Fuzzy's is a wonderful place to get ice cream and hang out with your friends or family. I haven't eaten the food there too often - as we usually go for desert - but what I have had is very good, especially the breakfast foods. The real star is the ice cream, though. Good prices, HUGE selection, and lots of specialties. I'm also VERY glad that they went to all non-smoking recently. We have a small child, and we used to just order our ice cream and flee from the smokey environment, but since the switch, we've gone more often and stayed to eat in. The only thing that keeps me from giving them 5 stars is the fact that they have placed a $10 limit on credit card transactions. This is kind of a pain for people like us who don't usually keep a lot of cash on hand. We've had a few instances where we ended up getting charged $10 for $8 worth of ice cream because we didn't plan ahead and get cash. Not a dealbreaker for me, but in this day and age, it's pretty rare to run into. So beware if you're a debit or credit card user who wants to stop in for a single cone! Hit up the ATM first! read more
