The staff working were over attentive, but not necessarily too helpful? I don't quite know how to describe it, but they hovered to ensure that if we needed a sample they could get it for us. They felt more professional than friendly. I'm sure that with all of the options they have, it's difficult to handle discombobulated customers as they try to make a choice between 40some flavors of ice creams!
