She got very angry, basically told us we were wrong, and went as far as to print off all of our email communications, highlight conversation points, and send them to my MOTHER. And may I add that many of the points she highlighted proved her wrong and me right. Very, very childish and unprofessional once you tell her she has done something wrong. Definitely not impressed and would NOT recommend.
