She was also our day-of coordinator and I didn't even know until AFTER the wedding that our photographer locked all her gear in her car and we almost missed out on documenting our entire big day, and, when the bartending team made a stink about providing guests with certain preferred drinks, she had it sorted in mere minutes. She helped with seating charts, decorating, flower arrangements, hotel accommodations for guests, and so much more. And she did it with the organizational skills of Martha herself.
