We spent $400 on the freon only to have the unit completely stop working a couple of weeks later! We were shocked at how short it lasted! We called them again and they recommended we replaced both units inside and outside the house, which they gave us an overestimate about compared to other companies. We called them a week later about the freon, asking why it didn't last and that we didn't get our money's worth from the purchase. They said freon could last anywhere from a day to a couple of months. Their employees never mentioned this while they were checking our unit! The woman on the phone said it wasn't their problem and how they're not liable when it comes to freon. Apparently there was a "miscommunication" between us and the technicians, which doesn't reflect a good business. We told the woman we were unhappy with the purchase and that we felt ripped off and she hangs up while we're talking! We weren't even being being rude. Completely unprofessional. They don't treat their customers well at all, especially when you have complaints and concerns. Would not recommend. There are better companies in Sugar Land who are actually honest with their observations and offer much more bang for your buck.
