Luisa, not sure how to spell her actual name, but overheard and witnessed her entire interaction with a customer that she ignored and skipped over who had been patiently waiting for their appointment. She rolled her eyes, gave attitude everytime she opened her mouth and could care less what the customer was saying because it was clear she was born in the wrong side of the bed. It was clear after a few minutes of being harassed by Luisa that they asked for a different associate because she didn't want to work or deal with anyone because she didn't leave any space for anything but her big horrible attitude. As a company I was beyond irritated that this employee continued on like this wasn't her normal routine. I will drive way farther to never deal with this store again, because I'm changing carriers, this store gave me a horrible iPhone and Luisa also had attitude that it's not her fault the phone was bad. On the other hand they did have a nice Tempered Glass Screen Protector which they put on by my request. I suck at it lol! It cost $30 and took about that amount of time, since it took the staff a few tries to get it one on the phone. Brought the 12PM back as suggested by MK only for him to tell me it was a sensor issue he's been experiencing with 12PMs and to call Apple customer service because I'd probably have a better chance of getting ahold of them as opposed to him calling. That part felt like a bit of a cop out/hand off. Went to the Genius Bar only for them to tell me my 12PM was DOA. I don't know if it would have made a difference had I taken it to the actual Apple Store or not, but I've definitely learned my lesson. I wish MK would have mentioned it was an issue he was seeing specifically in 12PMs bc I would have just rolled with the battery having a 85% life. This place was recommended to me, and to be honest, I'm usually a bit nervous about going to repair shops like this, but I decided to give it a try. It turned out to be a very pleasant experience. The service was friendly and honest. There was a very kind guy working there who speaks both English and Russian, which is a big plus for people who don't speak English very well. I simply handed over my phone without even explaining what had happened. I was pleasantly surprised by how clearly and honestly they explained the pricing system and how they diagnose the issue. Then they clearly told me what the actual problem was, explained what they did, and how they fixed it -- that was incredibly valuable to me. I will definitely continue going to this shop and will recommend it to all my friends. Thank you so much for your work! One more thing I found very meaningful -- they have a motto from Colossians 3:23, and it really helped me understand why everything was done at such a high level.

They were absolutely Free iPhone 16 Pro Max since the 17s were about to come out. The only stipulation was to port our numbers in, no trade in required. Verizon sent us the wrong phones just iPhone pro not Max, I was advised by multiple customer service reps that in store would be quicker and this all during our move, selling a home and purchasing one. So I go in the store met this young lady, for some reason they just couldn't do the exchange even after multiple calls to customer service 800 number, the rep insisted that there was a restocking fee but it was supposed to be waived, she ended up taking $80 for a restocking fee from my return and had to pay all over again for taxes, then she changed my plan, now my bill is $46 higher because the plan she put me in was different and it added the phones. The phones went from $9 to now $23 each. This place needs to fire everyone in here! These people would rather get over and resign you up to get a "commission" instead of doing the right thing by the customers. Yup cancelling, filling a complaint and maybe talk to someone who knows about laws, these people and company is very unprofessional and unreliable! Spent hours just trying to get my plan back where we were in the beginning and nothing!
