This is a terrible terrible, irresponsible scamming lawn service. I contracted with them to treat my lawn for pests and lawn treatment. I happen to contract a serious illness and noticed the driver was coming by and putting down a sign but not actually treating the lawn. I noticed that my lawn was damaged. I cancelled the service after calling to complain. They said they were aware that their technician was pretending to treat the lawn but they would not stop billing me for the service. They pretended to treat the lawn a few more times. They are billing me everyday for their bogus service. They are pure fraud. read more

So we had a technician from Future Services come out for our quarterly pest control service...which is not enough BTY might I add for $100. He first failed to alert us that he was first of all on our property, and secondly that he was here to spray. He only sprayed the outside of the property and not the inside. In addition, he was supposed to evaluate our garage to POSSIBLY upgrade to rodent control per my request and call customer service. I called yesterday 01/06/23 and spoke to a CSR and informed her that so far I have not been happy with the service as the pesticides have not been effective. In addition, we called one time prior to this and requested sticky pads for the rodents in our garage, and were told that Future Services would not be driving all the way out just to bring us sticky pads and that our best bet would be to go to Lowes or on Amazon to order some. We live in Warner Robins GA and the company is in Stockbridge GA from my understanding. If you are not willing to drive all the way out to the customer, why even accept my business and promise to come back out in between quarterly pest control services if you are not going to stand by your policy? Keep in mind that we were told that if they needed to come back more than once quarterly that they would be happy to do that. Well, the next service was not going to be within the next month and my husband has had to resort to going to Lowes and purchasing pesticides and rodent products because Future Services products have not been working. For that reason, I am canceling the service. Since it is clear that this company has unethical people working for them and has not provided quality service on the phone or in person. The technician that showed up today KNEW GOOD AND WELL that he was supposed to come inside and spray and evaluate our garage. He failed to do that for whatever reasons and for that reason, I will not be paying for services that were not completed in full and will be CANCELING this service. We have been customers for 10 years. Needed pest control services. They gave us a quote and we tried following up with them. Sales rep dropped off the face of the earth when we asked if we could pay half of a substantial amount up front and pay the rest in 2 payments. That was Chris....horrible customer service. Wouldn't even call us back for an answer either way. My husband was more than polite after 2 weeks of waiting. Talked to a mgr by the name of "Joe" and at first very apologetic and positive. My husband told him about our experience and then he said he would call us back within 2 hours and never did! Husband called back again and got a "Joe". Said wouldn't do any sort of payment arrangements. Was much less friendly. All we wanted was an answer so that we could move forward whether with them or someone else. Needlessly to say, we are moving on with someone else and plan on canceling our services entirely! DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS! Their customer service is non-existent!! DO NOT use this company! The mosquito service was highly ineffective and when you call to cancel you will be hit with a $100 cancellation fee. I also had future for my lawn care service. BIG waste of money. Finally, on the last treatment I caught the technician walk one line through my backyard and then straight back to his truck. I'm assuming he did not realize I was home as I was parked in the garage. I imagine this is how all of the treatments were when I wasn't home as I never saw an improvement in my lawn. Company is not concerned with their customers or quality service. You are better off with a citronella candle and a bottle of Roundup than using this company. read more

Future Lawn services is a very bad company to deal with for lawn services. They had been treating my lawn for approximately 10 months. Although I've used other lawn treatment services this by far is the worst. When they started not only did they kill the weeds, but my grass started dying as well. I then complained and the quality control expert said that is typical as winter weeds start dying out. So, let's advance to my next problem was that they change Service techs so often they were not treating my entire yard. I pointed this out to that tech only to find the next time someone came out it was a different tech. The next issue was around when they treated the yard or at least say they treated your yard they would never leave yard signs saying they had treated the yard and you needed to keep pets and kids off the yard for a day or so. Which is typical for most companies. And the final straw was when the tech came out and was training someone else. He walked my front and back acre+ lot in less than 3 minutes. My Ring floodlights and doorbell captured everything they did, unfortunately they did not even treat my entire yard. The video show the tech walking 1 area in my backyard and it showed or he did not even trigger Ring camera on my front yard. The Quality control guy came out and viewed the video with me. He saw the problem and said "it was a problem" and he would address it. So he asked for a copy of the video so I emailed it to him. He later said in email that he received the video but could not open it when I requested feedback. They were suppose to send another tech out to re-treat my yard which never happened. Totally a fraud and unreliable company to work with, so I canceled my services. PS. You would think the techs would see the Ring cameras and know that must perform all services because they are on video. Please be careful with this company. Also I've worked from home for the last 2 years due to Covid so they think that someone is also in the house looking. But they obviously do not care or have a care about what people see. Do not use this company! I contracted them for one year to rid a infestation issue we have never had in our home. They come out without asking you for a good time or day. On top of that we have had this service since May of this year and have not seen a single change in our issue. We even called them in between visits because the lack of change in our condition. When I called to complain they told me they do prevention and not extermination. I told her the salesman said they do extermination as well. They also was supposed to spray the entire perimeter of my exterior and did not. Also the tech doesnt do the entire inside of my house which i later found out was not apart of the deal. The odd thing is, that is the only thing he would do. He would spray my office livingroom and kitchen. Nothing after that. The manager was supposed to come to discuss a new plan with us on 12/06/2021. Not only did he not show up but never even called us back. I think I am happy to pay the 100.00 cancellation fee and go with Exterminex. read more

I reached out to start service because a friend of mine uses them. Upon setting up my account online I noticed they were offering free mosquito service if you sign up for their lawn service as well. So I signed up for the bundle only to find out after the fact that the mosquito service is a 1 time application. The add does not state that the mosquito service is only 1 time and the sales person did not mention that it was 1 time service. Now if I cancel 1 of the services, it's a $50 per service fee that would be applied if I cancel in less than 12 months. I have only had the service 1 month and I certainly do not trust keeping them moving forward. The tech that came out to treat for the bugs was nice and did a good job however I was able to see from my property camera's the person that came out to treat the grass did a half ass job. Trust is a major factor when selecting vendors especially vendors that perform tasks when your not always home. I will definitely be cancelling this service. Peace of mind is everything. read more

I wish I could give them a big fat ZERO! Horrible company only interested in taking your $$ and running! Owners are LIARS and cheats!! After 2 years of "pest control" I didn't have much in the way of complaints and often complimented their techs. But when I found an infestation of carpenter bees they not only refused to back their work, they told me they do not spray for bugs even though it was clearly indicated on their website. They thought they were slick by changing the pest library that day while I awaited a phone call but thank goodness for browsing history I've got screen shots. DO NOT under any circumstances allow this organization anywhere near the investment that you've got in your home. They should be ashamed!! read more

This is the WORST company we have worked with - we moved into our home and had six months left on our contract, so we called to renew and paid the full fee for a whole year of termite protection - we noticed people weren't coming out, so we called and they said we had never paid so we had actually been going without protection. We had an issue with some bugs in our home at the same time, so a worker came out and checked the traps and said there were no bait pieces inside and they weren't placed properly. He resolved the issue (so we thought) by adding a few more traps and fixing the bait pieces. He said the person who laid our traps had been fired. We decided at that point we didn't want to use Future so we called and they said they'd send someone to get the traps. Never did. Two months later we found a company we trust and they sent someone out today and they said the traps STILL were not spaced right. Called and told them to come get their traps and they said it could be 1-2 weeks, so clearly they aren't very concerned about their "property" or they'd have sent someone out two months ago to collect it instead of making the worker from another company who came out today do it for us. Ridiculous. Negligent. Not AT ALL worth the money you pay for them. Do more research because the reviews on their site are very misleading. read more

Terrible service!!! I recommend using someone else!! Our house came with 1 year of termite monitoring from Future Services, but we essentially got nothing. 1. The termite stations were not installed correctly according to the manufacturer specifications and guidelines. They didn't have enough stations, and had the distance between stations in areas twice what the manufacturer recommends as the maximum distance (32 ft. between stations instead of 15 ft. (max of 20ft.) and this was the side of the house, so no driveway was there as an excuse). In other areas the stations were located 10 feet away from the house instead of 2-4 ft. from the house per the manufacturer recommendation. The holes for the termite stations were also not deep enough. The manufacturer recommends the hole extending a couple of inches deeper than the station to allow water to drain. Instead the stations were bottomed out and sticking up so they were not flush with the ground. This meant I had to use a trimmer around them since the mower would hit the stations even cutting the grass at 2.5 inches in height. 2. I'm only aware of the stations being checked once during the year, immediately after a heavy rain, so the stations were waterlogged. See installation problem above about how the holes should have been deeper. I happened to be home, and the guy gave up checking the stations after he checked 4. Of course they never came back when the weather improved. 3. We were getting renewal notices for three months, saying they would schedule to remove the stations within 10 days if we did not renew. After three months of letters, someone called my wife while she was out of town and sleeping, being very rude and mean on the phone trying to intimidate her to renew. When they said they would remove the stations she told them they could schedule that. Instead they came out unannounced when we were out of town. I came home to holes where the stations used to be and a wallowed out area along the sides of our house where they walked back and forth creating a sunken path. It had been raining for days, so any idiot would know not to walk back and forth next to the house, to prevent causing drainage issues due to changing the slope of the soil next to the foundation. Now I have to deal with re-sloping the soil on the sides of our house. Basically all we got was aggravation and damage with absolutely NO termite protection. I already had bought a new termite system from the same manufacturer (better system though - Trelona annual bait stations) and have been waiting to install it, but was hesitating since I had a feeling Future Services would remove the new system thinking it was theirs. I'm glad I waited. Now I get to repair their damage, and install the stations correctly per the manufacturer's guidelines. read more

Terrible customer service! The office employees are totally incompetent. The tech who came out was very nice but the people in the office, after almost a year have still not sent a correct bill to the correct mailing address. Now the have sent my daughter to collections even though I have been on the phone with them and given them the correct info many times. I want to pay my bill but it needs to be correct and the collections needs to be removed. The bill was never supposed to be in my 19 year olds name. Now after yet another week of time on the phone with them it is still not correct. Their customer service dept. caused this problem, they act as if I am lying to them even though I have text proof. I am very impressed with the customer service I have been provided. The inspector was very friendly and explained everything to me before signing up for the pest service. They were able to schedule the initial inside/outside treatment within a couple of days. The technician called me the day before to remind me of the appointment, and he showed up right on time. The technician was very thorough, and I have not seen any bugs since they came out. Overall, very happy with the services provided so far. Highly recommend! read more

*** DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I DID FOR 11 YEARS. EVERYTHING WAS FINE UNTIL I ACTUALLY HAD TERMITE DAMAGE AND NEEDED THEM TO DO THEIR PART. This is what I submitted to the BBB. Future Services STILL hasn't honored their warranty *** They have failed to document my termite damage and failed to file a claim for the damages. I've been calling about this for months with no resolve. I had termite activity and damage. They came out & treated for termites, but failed to document the visit, the damage, nor file a claim for my damages. When I realized that they didn't file a claim, I requested to do so. I was told that someone would be in contact with me. I was never contacted so I inquired again & was told that I had to speak to Brad. After leaving countless messages for Brad & speaking to others regarding the issue who told me that they'd leave Brad a message to call me, he finally returnes my call. When I explained the situation & told him that I needed to file a claim for my damages, he said the there was no documentation in my file regarding the fact that my home was treated nor the damages that I was referring to. He only saw information regarding when my home was treated externally. This was shocking to me because the termite treatment was EXTENSIVE outside and inside of my house which included my carpet being pulled back so that my foundation being jack hammered! The termite activity was just that bad! But yet, there's no documentation in my file. That visit was followed up by a more experienced tech who finished the treatment. He even had to borrow my ladder to get to some of the areas that has to be treated at ky interior entrance. Yet again, no documentation??? Brad was supposed to do "research" to find the missing information and call me back in a couole of days. This was the beginning of yet ANOTHER several weeks long span of me leaving messages for Brad. When I saw that he wasn't returning my calls, I would call and ask to speak to someone who would actually help me. I was told that Darrell Lee the CEO would help. I left several messages for him but he hasn't bothered to return my calls either. This left me being stuck with dealing with Brad again. When I was finally able to speak with him, he asked me the same questions and had the same responses as he did before as if this was our initial conversation. I reminded him that he was supposed to have done "research" about a month ago and call me back. However, he had nothing because he had done nothing. According to him, he had been very busy. He states that he would get the information and call me back and we know how that goes... I have been more than patient and extremely persistent to have this matter resolved. It's sad that this is the way that they conduct business! I can't understand why whenever I would ask to speak to someone else I would continuously be referred to the person who was NOT helping and grossly prolonging the process for months! I have spent countless hours expressing my concern & explaining my situation to other employees... Derrick Collins, Jim Miller, Victoria, and svrl of the ladies who answer the phones. Mention my name to them to your staff. Chances are they've spoken to me! They are the only ones who seem to care. I spoke to several people multiple times but all they could do was to leave messages for someone to get back with me. This entire situation is RIDICULOUS and I'm tired of it! They're very unorganized and seem to have no intention on covering my damages. To add insult to injury, I have been an 11 YEAR CUSTOMER! What's even more insulting, I spoke to an employee for about an hour yesterday. She has shown the most interest in helping me. The conversation ended with a firm request for a member of management or higher to call me. Well, I did receive a call which went to my voice mail. It was FINALLY a call from Darrell. Don't get excited yet... he was conducting a courtesy call to let me know that a tech will be out tmrw to inspect my stations. Someone always calls the day b4 so that I can unlock my fence. So..he can't call me 2 help resolve the issue "paying money" but he CAN call me 2 arrange for them 2 "make money". It's funny the the company's website bios lists that Darrell & Brad value the customers, enjoy interacting w/ them & put them 1st. This company cared more about my money than they did my lawn. I was initially impressed when the sales rep showed up on my doorstep and made the pitch to take care of my lawn. It was a great sales pitch. I was called the next day by customer service who was very nice and friendly. She set up my account and arranged my initial treatment. Smooth process. After that it was all down hill. They came by my house for the initial treatment on the wrong day. I wanted to be home to see what they did but they didn't come on the day as discussed. Then after 6 weeks I still had numerous weeds in the yard . . . front and back. I called them twice to arrange them coming out to take a look. Twice. Both times I was told that it would be documented and that a technician would get back with me. That never happened. Here it is now in the 7th week and no word. I called today to cancel and the manager kept telling me I was in the window to be treated for another round but never addressed the issue of me calling them previously twice to have the come out and take a look about weed issue. He also made sure that he brought up my $100 contract cancellation fee. Funny that I don't here from you guys in over 6 weeks despite my calls yet instead of focusing on customer service to correct the problem you want to remind me of the $100 cancellation fee. This company in my opinion was great at getting my money in the beginning. I thought I was getting great service but unfortunately the lawn care was not as I expected. The pest control technician was great. He was very professional and I really appreciated him taking his time to explain what products he was using and gave other tips. If not for the poor customer service I would love to keep the pest control service. With so many other lawn care services to choose I think its unfortunate that I have to give this company such a low score. It's a competitive field and if I'm going to pay that kind of money to keep my grass looking great then I expect a certain level of customer service to match the kind of money I'm paying. read more

First year was included when I purchased my home, second year I broke the payments up into 3 because they come every 4 months. I didn't get a phone call nor email saying they were coming. They rang the bell one morning and I was asleep my dog was inside my home and barked. I saw te technician outside my home and looked at my cameras to see what they were doing. He checked the 9 stations I had on the front and both sides of my home. He sent me a invoice saying he checked all 14 stations. I replayed footage from my backyard camera and he did not enter my backyard. I called the company and explained how could I receive an invoice for service when it didn't occur. He not only falsified an invoice he lied and said he completed work. They explained that this isn't like him, I explained I could care less what he's like he lied. They said they would send a supervisor out the next day within minutes the same technician came back to my house and said he was sorry and gave excuse after excuse why he lied. I told him I did not want him on my property and his supervisor would be here tomorrow. He asked was their anything he could do, I said yeah leave my property. Hypothetically speaking if there were termite activity or infestation my property would have been ruined and their company would have been responsible. The supervisor came out the next day and installed another station and checked all the stations. When the first tech said he inspected all 14 stations he lied about that because I only had 13 on my property to began with. I don't understand why a reputable company would allow this employee to continue to work at their business when he is putting them in a situation to loose money and pay for could have been termite damage. This is very unacceptable and unprofessional. I live in College Park Ga, and Future service will not be getting my business anymore. read more

Let me start by saying that the service itself was good, the bugs were kept at bay while using this company. However, that's where the good review ends. You do not get good customer service with this company! You call to schedule and appointment, and they take a message, but never get back to you. So, I asked the tech on his next visit for his direct number so I could schedule with him, but he never gets back to me either, or he writes back that he's in training and will get back with me next week, but then, never does. So, after several more phone calls to the company, I schedule an August 4th appointment from between 8-10 a.m. appointment with them, and sit home for 2 hours and he never shows up! I call the company, and they say that my appointment was for August 27th -- nearly 4 weeks away! I never set up an appointment with them for that date so far in advance. My last service was April 30th, that date would put me at 4 months, well over my quarterly service date. So, I just fired this company and will hire another one. read more

I have been with Future for 13 years, two different homes. a few years ago I found out that they did not check stations in the back (unlocked fence, no animals) for years. They rectified it by drilling and using chemical around the house (did not drill the garage). recently the cost has went up twice but the service is still bad, the technicians do not check all the stations or treat them properly (still). I got quotes from three other vendors and Future is absolutely the highest. I asked for them to lower my cost or price match and they refused. This is after a waited to speak to someone when they got back from vacation, that person never even took the time to speak with me. The price increases, the terrible customer service, and the technicians not completing their jobs properly is why I decided to switch companies. read more

TERRIBLE customer service!! They tell you one thing and do another. After explaining our situation to Theresa (renewed our warranty in March, sold our home in May, new home owners weren't interested in transferring the warranty into their name) she said she would pro-rate us a refund, even though they don't give refunds because a warranty goes with the home. Mind you NO WHERE on their paperwork does it say they don't or won't issue a refund or that a warranty goes with a home at sale. Well here we are at the end of July and still no refund!! I also canceled the service back in May, but received a call in July to let me know they'd be out to check the bate stations. So when I called to let them know the service had been canceled in May, I was told "oh sorry our bad we missed that". I also inquired about our missing refund on that same call and was told by Theresa via a call back message later that same day that my request had been reviewed and they decided no refund would be given since warranties go with a house. So had I not followed up, I apparently would have been left hanging. And what is the point of a termite warranty on a home that isn't in anyone's name??? read more

Do not do business with Future Services! They're technicians are dishonest and say they came and provided service even though they did not. Then they take payment out of your account for the non existent service. When I complained the manager said that he would come and do the service himself the next day. When he no showed, I called and was informed that my contract had been cancelled and they were sending me a refund for the service billed. I never got the refund, but I did receive a bill for $100 for cancelling my contract. I never cancelled my contract, they did!!! When I called to inquire, I was told that even though they cancelled the contract I was responsible for the fee. They were keeping my $85 dollars and applying it to the cancellation fee and since there was so much confusion they were calling it even and I didn't have to pay the remaining $15 dollars. The owners and operators are horrible people who are looking to scam you out of your money using cheap, watered down product for lawn and pest control. I have cameras around my entire property and offered proof every single time until I had enough and decided to cancel. When I called in to cancel they charged me a $350 cancellation fee!!!DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GET IN BED WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WOULD LIKE TO PAY FOR THEIR BIG HOUSE WITH A POOL AND THEIR BOAT. We use them for termite and pest control. They have always called and left messages the day before visiting and have honored coming before certain times. We have not had damage, or yard care by them per the negative reviews but everyone we have dealt with has been great. They have come out on separate occasions from the quarterly when there has been a roach or ant sightings within the next days of me calling them. read more

The initial consultation was great with this company, which is why we decided to go with them. From there, it all went downhill. The employees never showed up on time despite repeated appointments being set, the employees forgot to do things while here, they would sit in our driveway on the phone upwards of 45 minutes before doing any work or after completing work, the worker fell through our ceiling and that repair was getting pushed out over and over as well, so we decided to repair it ourselves. They did not reimburse us for that or act like they even cared to do so. They didn't provide any customer service gesture at all the entire time besides "I'm sorry" but the same things kept happening. It was a very negative experience for us. The job should have taken about 2 weeks. It took over 2 months---because they never came during appointment times. Awful experience. read more

We've used this company for 2 years and paid our yearly fee of $270 for termite protection including $69 everytime they came for pest control treatments. After we listed and sold our home, we were informed by the closing attorney that the new owners did not want to go through Future Services and would be using someone else. When we informed Future that we would like a refund for the remaining six months left on our contract, they said that it should be used by the new owners. We informed them that the new owners wanted their own pest control service and we have no control over who they choose. They refused to return our payment even though we have six months left on our contract. I wish I had read the reviews prior to using this company......I do not see any good reviews at all. When we moved from another home several years ago, the company we were using then had no problem whatsoever refunding whatever money we had paid upfront. The only reason we used Future is that we took over from the previous owners of our home and even had to pay $75 to transfer the termite protection from the other owners!! I was referred to this company from a friend that highly recommended them. I called them several times (at least 4). I never received a call back. I was told we don't show where you called, we will have someone come out and look and call you back with a quote and you don't have to be home, we will have someone email you, the person you need to talk to is on the other line and he will call you right back. Well none of this happened. I had to keep calling back. I called the person who referred me and told them about the non-responses I had received. They called them and Future finally called me to schedule someone to come out. Now all of a sudden I need to be home where as before I was told I did not. When I was at home and calling, no one responded to me. So I guess they didn't need my money and now I will call another company whom I know will be glad to get my money. I DO NOT recommend this company due to the lack of concern for trying to contact me to get services started. They DO NOT deserve 1 star (but I had to click at least 1) because they did not do anything to resolve the issue but say I'm sorry ALL 4 TIMES that I called them back. I'm a special ed teacher and got a middle school teaching position in Gwinnett Co last summer. So, we moved to Loganville, Ga & we wanted to have pest control services performed on our exterior of the house. We chose Future Services and when they came to our house they fertilized our yard instead of spraying the exterior of the house for insects. The yard was already fertilized, so the second application burned the yard. They were not cooperative at all with this situation. They told us what we needed to do to prevent the yard from being burned, even though it was their fault. They did not attempt to save the yard at all and told us we need to do it. Even with following their instructions the yard still burned. I talked to several managers from Future and they insulted us by telling me and my wife to buy an aeration treatment from them. They did not want to work with us at all to resolve this matter. I will be seeking legal action to get my yard back to the way it was. Plus, the pesticide service was subpar for the price. The person from Future Services took only 5 minutes to spray the exterior of the house and we still had spiders entering the house. read more

I dealt with this company for lawn service. The price was fair and they agreed to come out starting in March to treat the lawn. After the 2nd treatment, they came back the very next day to aerate the lawn, which wasn't suppose to happen for another month. I informed the tech who stated since we are here we'll do the work and charge you later. I agreed. I also then contacted the office and informed them about the billing, they also agreed. The next day I was billed for the service. I called in told them what happened they said we made a mistake and would credit me the funds and then charge me on the correct date. I never received the credit. I called in to cancel my service and emailed Mr. Brad Jackson, who informed me that they approved the credit 2 1/2 weeks ago but they only do credits on the 18th, which was total waste of time because I was paying the bill on the 16th. he stated that the credit was issued today May 13th do to the circumstances, which should have been done 2 1/2 weeks ago. At the end of the conversation Mr. Jackson became very edgy and short when I cancelled the remaining services.The company does not uphold there side of the contract and lacks customer service and internal communication.
