As a result of this I hired him to paint my deck and repair & replace a few boards on the deck in June 2024. During the deck repair I started questioning the fact that grass never came up from his aerate and seed job. He stated that he would address it. After he was paid to paint and repair the deck, once the paint had dryed, I discovered, everything had not been done. Many of the boards that we had agreed upon had not been repaired or replaced. Also, he left all the deck furniture in the yard and never came back to finish his work. I reached out to him, but he "ghosted" me (would not return my calls or my texts), and I never heard from him again. Plus he never really addressed the problem with the grass. Beware of this vendor. The cost was affordable compared to many bigger companies and Avelardo really knew what he was doing. He traced the main line from the valve to the source and only dug where he needed. All done in about 2 hours with drying time for the glue in the pvc pipes. Highly recommended. They do prefer text or messages since they might be on the job. Best advice is to stay flexible. Their response and scheduling time fluctuates and they are a small team working across the metro. Took me about 3 days for them to get back to me with intermittent messages and text but it worked out.
