Rude. Rude, Rude. The owner Tracey is so so rude. I used to do my nails with Kim who was the best. When Kim left, i switched to Tracey just because she is the owner, i tip her all the time without getting any thank you but i decided to overlook it. I went there this morning to book an appointment (after many phone calls without answer), she couldn't even say hello, no customer service whatsoever. read more

The place was recently opened, previously was a dog grooming business. Future Nails is very spacious, clean, bright, modern and with ample seating. The waiting area is decorated with contemporary accent chairs that provided a nice cozy feeling. It was nice that they provided Samsung tablets for enjoyment when sitting at the drying station. Location-wise, it is a bit out of the way; by Golf Steakhouse, but it is fine for neighbours in the area and people who have access to vehicles. The bus stop is also right by for anyone who takes public transit. I arrived at 11AM with no appointment and had a regular mani-pedi. The girl was quick, gentle and provided a satisfactory service. I liked the fact that she fixed the chip in my one nail with little fuss. She was also fast to act when I smudged one of my nails and needed a touchup. My cuticles are adequately clean and although there are a few spots here and there, its still nicely cleaned up. The girls do not provide much in conversation and my handler was on her phone for the majority of my pedi. They are prompt to provide you with answers though. The shop does get quite a bit of foot traffic so you won't have to fill awkward in a quiet shop. Overall a good place with above average service and results. This place always does a good job. I regularly get my pedicures, and shellac nails done here. They do their best to get you in in a timely manner, and are particular in their work. It's spacious, clean, and has a comfortable waiting area. If ever there is a problem (nail scuffed, etc), they quickly, and happily make it right! Thank you for being my go to place! I have been going to Future Nails for almost 2 years and they are fantastic! They are polite and quick to meet the needs of their clients. In fact, there has been a few times where I have gone back a week or more after because a nail has chipped or broke, and they have been happy to fix it free of charge. Great job ladies!!! read more

I got my nails done on Feb 15th she struggled to put the strip designs. By feb 16 the strips had peeled off three of the four nails. A week later my thumbnail broke and the polish started peeling. 3 days later my index and middle finger broke. The set I had before coming here was on for three weeks no broken nails no chipped polish. Now just over two weeks later all my nails have broken and I had to soak them off. I didn't get anything extravagant a simple fill with a simple colour with a simple design. I paid more than I would at my regular salon in the GTA and not even a quarter of the quality. read more

A friend booked herself and I in at Future Nails for mani/pedi's back in December. When we got to the facility, our foot tubs were already filled with warm water and ready for us. The pedicure was good, the woman who did mine (I do not know her name as she didn't say 2 words to me) did make a couple on my big toe bleed as she clipped the sides of my toenail on my big toe. I know this is normal, and didn't mind. My pedicure lasted almost 20 minutes, as my friends was 12 minutes tops. Which we thought was odd, as we were getting them together. We were them brought to the chair to get out nails done. May I add no one emptied or sanitized our foot baths. The girl did a great job on my shellac mani, although complained when I asked for a different colour accent nail. She said I was picky and it was more work. During my manicure, the girl doing it hit my big toe with her foot (accidentally) ruining the polish. She did attempt to fix my toe polish, though didn't do a very good job, you could still see where it was touched. The lady doing my nails put me at the bar afterwards to put my feet under the dryers. She then bolted out of the facility with her coat, leaving me with no further direction. We were eventually told we could pay, and we left. I was happy with my nails... Until a few days later. I awoke in the middle of the might due to excruciating pain and throbbing in my left foot, big toe. My toe was bright red, swollen looking and hot to the touch, mainly on the one side of my toe. I took some ibruprofen and returned to sleep (or lack there of, due to the pain). The very next day, I turned to google which recommended oil of oregano and tea tree oil. This helped a little bit but the pain continued, it was hard to put weight on my foot at this point. I went to my doctor and was given an antibiotic for the infection, which he said I would have caught from a hot tub or nail salon, which I had not been in a hot tub. I Facebook messaged Future Nails the first night I started having the, as I suspected an infection or fungus. I was very polite and asked how they sanitized and what they used etcetera. They ignored my message. I proceeded to call a few times, each time being hung up on as soon as I mentioned my toe. I assume the began screening my number, as they just stopped answering at all! My whole toe nail eventually rippled and shedded off. It is partially grown back. My mother in law invited me for pedicures this week as we are going to Florida. Looking down at my toe nail, I am embarrassed to even show it on the beach or in sandals! Future nails has ruined my pedicure experience forever. I will never get another pedi again. It was a pedicure from hell. And although looked and felt nice at the time, was absolutely not worth the pain I went through. I am appalled at their lack of cleanliness and even more so at their customer service!! CLIENTS BEWARE!! Always watch you are getting fresh water, in a sanitized tub, and fresh sanitized tools used on you. read more

So I'm going to start this review by saying I've gone to future nails to get my nails done every two weeks for the past two months the other week I went in and got my nails done as I do every other time I get a full set or a fill depending on how many fell off and I get Jems on my both my ring fingers it cost me $80 every time for this I'm not sure why it 65 and for some reason I'm charge $25 but the service was always good so I never complained I always say you get what you pay for so last week when I went into get my nails done to days later every single mail except for the for the thumb fell off I I callEd in and I told them that every single nail had fell off and that they needed to fix them because like I said I pay $80 every time I get them done which I've never paid this anywhere else, so I went in to get them fixed they said it would be no problem when I went in I was greeted with a lot of attitude and she had told me she thought only the jems Had fallen off I told her know that every nail head falling off and when I had gotten them done previous it was the young girl who I believe is just an apprentice or is just starting so I sat down and I was greeted with a lot of attitude still then she proceeded to take off the rest of my nails I'm not sure why because they weren't flawed nothing was wrong with them , I have extremely bad allergies in the summertime and another customer had brought a dog inside and I was itching my arm a lot I had itched my arm with one of the nails that she had just done and she grabbed me by my hand and pulled my hand in and smacked the top of my hand quite hard I had pulled my hand away because this is completely inappropriate and disrespectful and I told her not to touch me again then as she was doing my nails that there was a hair on my finger nail so I asked her to take it off she took the hair off of my finger with nail polish all over it and wiped it on my arm when I asked her why she did that she said because it was my hair even if it was my hair was completely inappropriate and I felt completely embarrassed and disrespected after she finished my nails and started to give me a bunch of attitude she did not shape them properly she did them as fast as she could and did a horrible job I still gave her a five dollar tip because I always do when I was waiting for her to come check my nails and see if they were dry she wouldn't come and check them and then when I told her that she had a five dollar tip on her table she gave me a disgusted look and shook her head at me when I was waiting for her to come check my nails and see if they were dry she wouldn't come and check them and then when I told her that she had a five dollar tip on her table she gave me a disgusted look and shook her head at me for this reason I will NEVER go back to future nails and get my nails done again such disrespect horrible attitude horrible service now I had to go home and completely re-file them because she did a terrible job and it was not like she was not good at her job. Every other time I've went in she did an impeccable job this time because somebody else mess them up she had to redo them for free and decided to do a terrible job while also smacking me in the hand which Is assault when she did this and wiped the dirty nail polish hair on my arm, which I do believe was not actually my hair considering it was short and brown and I have long blue hair , Needless to say I am disgusted at the way they treat their customers and completely embarrassed at the fact that she was so rude in front of so many people I had a few girls look at me and asked me if she actually just slapped my hand and I just shook my head and said yes because I didn't want to be rude or cause a scene I highly highly recommend not going to this nail salon, terrible service, terrible attitude!!! read more

1st and LAST time going here. Im new to town and asked a co-worker where to go to get some bomb ass nails for my birthday that week. I looked up their Instagram and liked what they posted. I called ahead of time incase it was busy and made an appointment for 4pm. I didn't get seated until 5pm and there were only 2 other clients there! I showed the girl THREE different designs/ colours that were posted on THEIR IG and was told they couldn't do anything. I was Frustrated so I just asked for a plain nude and a accent design. My nails were uneven and you could see the imperfections through the polish. The design was awful, and shaky looking and they didn't even cover my whole nail with top coat so you could see where it was missing and the cuticle area was a mess. To top it off, they had me drying my nails for 40MINUTES!! I eventually got up and went to pay and they gave me dirty looks but at this point I had been there for almost 3 hours and had to leave! I watched ppl come and go that were regulars, treated better and faster than I was. Plus they were more expensive than my regular place In London. I would MUCH RATHER drive an hour to London than go back here for connivance. (which I had to do anyways bc my nails were horrendous). DO NOT RECOMMEND. Work on your customer service people. read more

I have come here 4 times. The first time, my experience was just OK. The young lady was quite rough and all the staff speak Vietnamese to each other so that is awkward. It was close by and convenient. The second time, I had a gentleman and I could see where the previous layer of my nails was. Not happy. The third time, I made an appt and waited over 30 minutes to get started as they accept walk-ins constantly. Te fourth time, with an appt and having explained at the time I called in about my previous visit and the wait, I was assured it wouldn't happen again. I went in and sure enough, 45 minutes later I was sitting there with 3 other women and they were STILL taking walk-ins and saying it would be '10 min wait". I had to leave to catch a flight with disgusting looking nails. They are very greedy and will not turn business away, I get wanting to grow your business, but this is unethical and they do not do a stellar job to begin with. The other review listed here must be from a friend or family member. There are no Samsung tablets...the bathroom was dirty..the second row of stations was messy and were used as a storage area for staff. Shame. read more
