Didn't say a word to me the entire time. Didn't ask how I liked my brows or anything. She did an ok job cleaning up my stray hairs and getting the job done. I called to book and there was a small stumble finding my information but they called back in a timely manner with everything good to go. They only have the equipment for a hydra facial at the Guelph location, so they offered me a normal hydrating facial for the Waterloo location which I accepted. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff. It was just me and the nurse/aesthetician working on me so it was a very nice experience. The member of staff was very nice, friendly, and polite. She explained each step of the facial and answered each of my questions. They have a relaxing Spotify playlist playing through the treatment. Unfortunately, they don't have a premium account and the occasional ads took me out of the moment of relaxation but that's alright. They're also doing a great job with Covid and provide you with a stick-on disposable mask to keep on through your treatment. It was a wonderful experience!
