I came here to get my nails done on the fourth of July weekend because my regular salon was closed. There was a long wait but I dealt with it because it was a holiday weekend but I wanted my nails to look nice for my grandmother's 80th birthday party. I got seated after an hour wait and the guy who did nails was not friendly at all! He didn't ask me if I liked square or rounded tips and he filed away at the sides of my nails so hard that it hurt. it felt like he was cutting me with the emery board. I asked for the tips of my nails to be painted blue. When he put the paint on he didn't even wait for it to dry before putting on the clear coat and it smudged one of the nails. He removed the polish fixed it and then just haphazardly smeared the clear coat over it. He then got up and left to go do a pedicure. I had to stop another employee and ask them to fix it because it was rough and horrible looking. They sent him back over and he again did a horrible job. They didn't seat me at a drying table they told me to hold my hands in front of a tiny desk fan and it didn't get the polish dry after I sat there for 25 more minuets. The polish came off by the time I walked to my car. I was very upset and I will NEVER go back to this salon again. read more

My daughter's and I have been coming here for years. They are wonderful. They always treat us great. The atmosphere is awesome and everyone is always smiling and welcoming. They always do my nails the way I want them and when it doesn't look good they are honest with me, which I love because sometimes I need that expert opinion. Just love my nails done here. Slow slow slow and the pedicure was awful. I waited 30mins before being seated. Then another 30 mins waiting on someone to do my pedicure. My once hot water was cold once she started I ask if she could add warm water and she acted like I ask her to die for me. None of the staff are friendly. read more

Terrible experience!! Went to get my eye brows done and walked out like this. My skin shouldn't look this way! Will not be going back! You can see the bruising and redness all under my brow! I would give this place ZERO stars if I could! Walked in and wasn't greeted very nicely. The lady straight up asked me, "What you need?" After I told her I wanted a full set she just walked away without telling me anything. It took about 30-45 mins until she finally seated me. She did a horrible job on my nails. She did it so fast, my nail was glued on crooked and she got my skin a few times. And while she was doing my nails she had a full on conversation with the person in the back of her in their language. I couldn't stand it anymore so I just told her I didn't want any polish, paid and left! I Will NEVER go to Future Nails again! All they care about is the money, they do NOT care about the customers/clients at all. read more

It took 1.5 hours almost to do my nails, I wanted acrylics. The older lady kept hurting me with the tools and bending my fingers in weird ways. She tried "her best" to do coffin shaped and a lot were round at the end, and she painted them unevenly and they had many bubbles in them, afterword's when she put the top coat on she messed one of them up, my middle finger. I'm using my husbands yelp account to write this review. But I have been to this salon 3 times and have been disappointed every time. 1. They're SLOW! I mean ridiculously slow. - I made an appointment for 10:30. Got there and had to wait until 11 to even get seated! I HAD AN APPOINTMENT! 2. The workers don't show much care for the customers. Rude and more worried about talking to each other rather than their clients. 3. Several workers just sit around and play on their phones while some people are still waiting to be seated. Overall one of my least favorite nail salons in hickory simply because of the service. read more

I have only been here one time, but I'm not sure I will go back. My nails looked good when done and the gel polish I got lasted 2 weeks like it should, but the women who did them did not even trim them or ask if I wanted them trimmed and they got really long in the 2 weeks before I got them redone. I also called earlier in the week to schedule an appointment in case they were busy the day of, and I still had to wait over 10 minutes to get called back. And the appointment I made was for 2 people, me and a friend, and they did not sit us together. Although I was not completely disappointed with my nails, my experience here was not great. read more

Just tried going here on my hour lunch break to get my nails done. A Wednesday afternoon at 12-12:15. I walked in, signed the book & started looking at colors. There was MAYBE 5 customers in there.... i stood there for 10 minutes without being acknowledged.I made eye contact with one of the ladies who works there. She turned and walked to the back and then came back on her phone and eating her lunch. The last time i came here to get my nails done, me and my daughter were getting our nails done. I came in, signed the book and waited 30 minutes!!! I finally said something when they were taking the new walk-ins before me!! I will never come back!!!!!! read more

I came here biweekly when I was 15-19 and living in Hickory. It was always a good place to go. I've been out of Hickory for 6 years and came back for my best friends wedding and she had booked us appointments here since we use to always go. The good: the took us right back and honored the appointment time. The bad: I don't think anything has changed since I was 15. It was very run down. The padding in the chairs was terrible and the silk robes they put in the chairs have never been changed which makes me wonder if they've ever been cleaned, changed or disinfected. My lady doing my pedi kept trying to move my leg inward and hold my foot straight and I finally told her to stop, it hurt and my leg didn't bend that way. My feet were peeling after and the polish was applied terribly. My friends gel mani was ok. She was super disappointed and this was her wedding mani. Safe to say, we will never go back. read more

The employee's here do not have the slightest idea how to treat a customer. They provided a terrible hand and arm massage (bending back my fingers too far and punching my arms) that I thought was part of the manicure and then charged extra for it! Talk about adding insult to injury. Bottom line. Avoid this place. read more
