There is no real "waiting room" area, so if you need to leave your car for a period of time, I suggest bringing a book, if it's a nice day, a drink on the deck at the Asylum in the sun is a nice way to pass the time. Paying $30,000 for a vehicle worth $4,000! I'M A SINGLE MOTHER OF THREE CHILDREN AND THEY WILL NOT HELP ME. They put me into a loan with a 22% APR. I pay $8,000+ in interest. They shoved me into a terrible car quickly so I wouldn't notice what they were doing to me. I am having transmission problems now, the vehicle is DANGEROUS. It's a constant circle of "we're three+ weeks out on transmission work" from services and "we won't loan you a vehicle for that amount of time" from sales. This company needs to void the contract but they continually avoid me. They will not give the owner my information, or the owner won't call me back. I'm contacting an attorney.
