We took our cart full of groceries to the parking lot and waited on the curb watching the auto shop. It took 4 guys to rotate the tires. 4! And still took over an hour! They moved with the speed of a sloth! Joking around, smoking cigarettes, not giving a f**k! Around 4:30 we put our groceries in the vehicle while it was waiting for an oil change. There was one car in front of it. Then a guy gets in our vehicle and gets ready to move it in to the stall when another car was put in, in front of it. He honked and yelled, "I was told that this vehicle was next!" I guess no one cared because they started working on the other car first. Around 5pm we started getting really upset because we felt like we should've brought hostage negotiators to get our vehicle back! My husband and I both complained that our vehicle had been there since 1:40pm! We have groceries spoiling in our vehicle! The guy at the desk then asks, "Do you want oil in it, and what brand would you like?" Are you f**king kidding me?!! What have they been doing this whole time?!! It's almost 6pm now!! The guys at our DT make it seem much less difficult and do not pressure you. They gladly helped me this time with a warranty replacement on my stock tires which required them calling the manufacturer. They did this without complaining and advocated for me. Their prices are very competitive compared to other online stores. I would suggest making an appointment online and this will make your time spent most efficient. You can even purchase your tires online and schedule at time for them to be installed if you know what tire you want for your vehicle. I will add that while out of town recently, we had a tire pressure warning light come on and we stopped in a DT in Myrtle Beach area. This location was equally helpful and kind. Discount Tire knows how to find the right employees and train them well both in product knowledge and customer service! I call them the Chick-Fil-A of the tire world!

Brought old car in and asked for the free tire rotation where it's done X number of miles, and the person prescreens you with a question "are you here just for a tire rotation today?" While he inspects the tires, later returns and says he can't because there's a check engine light on - which has nothing to do with rotation of tires, and i had to go elsewhere to rotate the tires. Number of miles already hit for their service, bought tires from them and was in their system, but it's an unscrupulous way to deny you your tire rotation service, and it was the 2nd time that i had a rotation with them, guess the first is to lure you in. Terrible business that doesn't honor rotations when they feel like it, when you get this treatment then you'll know, until then you may think they're good and experts. No, experts and professionals do not act like this. But while they check you in by inspecting your vehicle, they act like they're going to do the included service with your tire rotation, but they ask prescreening questions during the so called chit chat in the beginning. Tire rotations for an old car have nothing to do with a check engine light. They told me come back in maybe a few months we can't do it today until that check engine light is cleared. Big red flag, this business has gone downhill.

She changed the tire and dropped it off. The tire wasn't able to be repaired, so they matched the current tires she had (from M&M), changed it out, and had it ready quickly. The customer service is just incredible here. Living a distance away, it makes me much more comfortable knowing a company like M&M is around.
