After having Simms look it over, they said my tie rods were fine and it was a stabilizer bearing that needed replacement. I have since brought my vehicle back for spark plugs, brakes and rotors. They were timely, trustworthy, and affordable. If I was living here long term, Simms would definitely become my regular mechanic. There is no real "waiting room" area, so if you need to leave your car for a period of time, I suggest bringing a book, if it's a nice day, a drink on the deck at the Asylum in the sun is a nice way to pass the time. The Wild Bean coffee shop is another place within walking distance to enjoyably pass the time as well. 10/10 would go back to Simms.

We received a text message at 2:03 saying that they've checked it in. At 3:15 we received a text saying service had started. Figured it couldn't possibly take much longer. We took our cart full of groceries to the parking lot and waited on the curb watching the auto shop. It took 4 guys to rotate the tires. 4! And still took over an hour! They moved with the speed of a sloth! Joking around, smoking cigarettes, not giving a f**k! Around 4:30 we put our groceries in the vehicle while it was waiting for an oil change. There was one car in front of it. Then a guy gets in our vehicle and gets ready to move it in to the stall when another car was put in, in front of it. He honked and yelled, "I was told that this vehicle was next!" I guess no one cared because they started working on the other car first. Around 5pm we started getting really upset because we felt like we should've brought hostage negotiators to get our vehicle back! My husband and I both complained that our vehicle had been there since 1:40pm! We have groceries spoiling in our vehicle! The guy at the desk then asks, "Do you want oil in it, and what brand would you like?" Are you f**king kidding me?!! What have they been doing this whole time?!! It's almost 6pm now!! This is complete incompetence! WTF is going on here?! Everyone that walked in there knew how upset we were! The workers said they couldn't find their manager, and didn't seem to give a f**k! At 6:27 pm we received a text saying our vehicle was ready for pick up. It wasn't. They couldn't printout the paperwork for us to pay, and couldn't find a manager to help them. At 6:36pm we were finally able to pay and get out of there! Only took 5 hours! 5 hours later! Now we have hundreds of dollars of spoiled groceries and not one apology! We never would've bought groceries knowing that it would take 5 hours! Never again! None of these people could lead a circle jerk in a frat house! Think we're lying? Look at the pic of the times that were texted to us! This place sucks!! Ever wonder what an auto shop class full of incels looks like when the teacher is passed out drunk in the parking lot? Greenbrier wanted 3000 over CARFAX value and it was priced 4-5000 higher than similar local vehicles. I was after a specific metallic orange color which is why I was looking out of my area. First their salesman said the repair was 4,000 and they'd have to charge me more to sell me the truck! Then the sales manager called to say they'd fix it for the same price or take it to auction if I didn't want it once the report came in. Next morning the rep called and said everything was fixed (?) and I should come get the truck. Huh? Then I finally got the final carfax pictures and report, saw all the cosmetic damage, and I told them I wasn't paying 23k - never heard a word back offering to reduce the price, and the truck was taken off the market. Total waste of time and money. Thank goodness I had the sense to get an inspection....please make sure if you buy a vehicle here you get it checked over first.
