My vehicle is an all wheel drive vehicle, therefore, it should not have been completed on the front tires and not the rear. I was quoted over a three hundred dollar service price for the rear arms and maintenance fees from the service guys. I was charged 85 dollars for them not doing the service correctly. I called a local subaru dealership to have my vehicle aligned properly and checked to see if the arm replacement was necessary on the rear. On March 9th 2026 I had my vehicle serviced by Subaru. The alignment was completed the adjustment was done right this time. I returned to factory tire requested to speak to the owner. I informed her of the issues and requested a refund. The owner decided to check the alignment that was "done" on the 5th. She stated that she would only give me half of the refund. Upon looking at their machine the vehicle was not aligned the exact same specs were on their machine as well as the print out from Subaru! I requested my refund again! The owner then walked away from me. Stating "I will get your refund, don't bring your black ass back here!" I then asked for my paperwork from her. At which point she assaulted me with the papers in her hand. When I made a comment about that she asked her employee as to whether she had hit me with the paper. He stated that she had not. I was standing in between the two people at the time of the incident. I absolutely do not recommend this business to anyone! This is the most unprofessional environment I have ever encountered. I have to wonder how many times they have charged people and not fully completed the service.

Worst auto repair shop iv ever been too in my entire life, not only do they over charge people (50…read moredollars and hour for labor) they sell worn down, cheaply made products in which they sell extremely high, iv had a 1988 ford f150 truck from them not only was he charging me 2500 but i had to buy parts constantly to keep it running, and charged for labor on the truck the day i signed for it, hadn't even drove it off the lot yet, needless to say i gave them the truck back it was more of a burden then a project. My brother in law perchanced in full a set of tires from them and they all busted one by one and the rims were scratched and chipped (cheap) they offered to replace the tires (for their prices of course) just to bust again, claiming they are brand new tires, my friend took his truck up there to fix the radiator they dropped it and still installed it and it had a bad fitting on it from being dropped and it leaked really bad, and of course he was charged full price for it. I could go on and on about how poor this business is and i for one am surprised they are still in business. If you are considering going too this place for ANY type of service or to purchase a vehicle i suggest you think again, take it from me drive a further distance for a better auto shop cause this shop will just rip you off every which way they can.

The staff was rude, unprofessional, and incompetent--they were swearing and speaking disrespectfully to customers, treating them as if they were garbage. Additionally, when our driver arrived to pick up the vehicles, they could not locate the person holding the car keys, causing unnecessary delays. To make matters worse, they charged excessive storage fees without justification. We will be filing a formal complaint with the Department of Justice and other relevant authorities to address this overpricing and misconduct.
