The venue where the food and drinks were was big and inviting. They had nice bars set up. I am not sure of this is how this place is set up normally. I won't comment on the service, food and drinks because I don't know if that is directly from the venue. I do know that their security was not as thorough as they should have been. One positive thing is they have a LOT of women's bathrooms. It sounds funny, but you ladies know that when there is a concert, there can be long waits to go. As far as the concert area, this reminded me of a big nightclub. There are no seats for the general public. VIP area had some seats that looked uncomfortable. Besides that, there were not many seats at all and far too many people in that area. This venue is behind Wynwood Marketplace and honestly, it is a pain to get to if you are walking here from the Marketplace. I would come back but only for an event that seems worth it.

The staff that maintains the grounds are always attentive and willing to provide guidance when you are trying to get around the large crowds that gather for events. We were the first to be seated. The staff who guided us to our seats was really friendly! My issue was the server. She came by and asked for our drinks. I told her 2 waters for now. She looked SOO disappointed. Once she came back with the water she asked what appetizers we wanted. Told her it's still really early. We will order later - mind you, we were the first ones here. I assured her that I will order later once its closer to the show. I finally ordered tacos but didn't know there was only two tacos for $18. Soo not worth the money! When I was on the restaurant's yelp page, it had 3 tacos. I guess once you order at the palapa they'll reduce the amount of food and raise the price. I also ordered an appetizer. NOTE: You're better off eating before any event since they're all in the same area. They also have automatic gratuity apparently even though we are a party of 2. If your server did a great job - give em a bit more!! But honestly, my server did not deserve the amount she charged. WAYYY too pushy on ordering food.
