Sure this place is cool, owners are nice. But the environment on Friday and weekends is not the greatest. You get a lot of drunk people who act out. It makes the experience not enjoyable. Went there with a couple friends, the shish we got was delicious. However while we were smoking the customers were getting pretty crazy. One guy knocked the coals off our hookah and didn't say anything about it. Another guy in his 30s was way too intoxicated and threw his shoe across the establishment almost hitting me and my friend in the face. Thought a fight was about to break out but managed to deescalate the situation. I feel like this lounge would be pretty dope on the weekdays, but I will not be going back on the weekends that's for sure. 5/10 (because the owners are dope af) read more

This place has a lot of great flavors to choose from! I got the peach vanilla and it not only was strong and tasted good, but it lasted for a LONG time!! The staff there is super friendly, and they do a great job of keeping fresh coals! We watched John Wick, and were literally just hanging out. It's definitely a fun place and if you are into hookah a great spot to chill with friends or just by yourself! My only complaint is not alcohol! I do enjoy to drink every now and then, and not being able to sip on some bourbon or a beer during smoking is unfortunate. Yes they have tea, but not quite the same! My boy and I took a trip here from Redding for a hookah sesh and it is wonderful here.... WAY better than Oregon LOL where we are from. Out of all the hookah places this one is normally the best. I like the mint mixed flavors the best. I like the multicultural atmosphere, I also like that this lounge tends to have customers that are a bit older as in 24+ haha. In comparison a lot of the other lounges have a younger crowd. Why 3 stars? They had us pay $5 a person to get in and weren't too clear on what we were paying for. I like to know what I am actually purchasing when I hand someone money. They need to be more organized. There were 7 of us, 2 were not smoking but wanting to hang out. So they made quite a bit and we only got 2 hooka and a water bottle each. I also asked if they could change the tv channel as an episode of a show I am currently watching came on and no one else was watching the tv. They said to just not look at it. come on. People are constantly picking the music why not change the channel? read more

i own two hookahs and i used to smoke them regularly with my friends. we decided to come here after meeting some people to hang out. we ran out of shish at our place and it was already midnight. if you want constant headaches, then this is the place to be. they don't light up their coals all the way, so all the sides are black. this is what gives you headaches when you smoke hookah. the entire coal should be red! our hookah just tasted like straight coals, didn't have any hint of flavor from what we got. we also moved the coals to one side so it wouldn't burn through the shish super fast. but i guess the employees want us to burn through it quick because they moved all our coals back into the middle. 0/10 would recommend. read more

I have been to the Hookah Spot and Arabian Nights, but now I will only go here. Friends I have also brought here that have been to other hookah lounges say they prefer Fusion and describe it as classy with better prices. No cover charge! Ever since the first time we have gone to Fusion the owners and workers were super polite and got to know us personally making it a much more welcoming environment. Love all the different types of people that come here along with the wide variety of music played due to the music set up allowing anyone to choose the next song. The hookah is great! Keeps thick smoke the entire time. Rarely gets harsh and when it does the workers will be glad to help make it better. The bowls last long and the flavors are great! I suggest anything with mint to keep it cool on your throat! Along with the wonderful customer service and great hookah, the place is clean! The bathrooms are heaven! Hands down the best place In Chico to smoke hookah. I've been to all the hookah places, none compare to this. Everyone is greeted at the door with a smile. They even give a tour and explain everything about their business and about their charges. Each hookah has it's own flavor so the taste is amazing. Ice is included for free!
