It was in a ground level space within a vintage 7-story building located at Main St. and Riley Ave. The space was moderate in size and naturally semi-segmented by the large supports common in older multi-story buildings. It was nicely arranged with orange and black coloring, predominantly high-top tables, a small bar and Japanese-themed wall hangings. One of the impressive things about our dining experience was the welcome we received. We felt as though they were genuinely glad we came in. We were seated immediately as it was not terribly busy. Our server, Courtney, attended to us right away with a cheerful, upbeat attitude. She was also efficient and timely. The menu had some good options. There were some favorites although there was definitely some "Americanzation" applied to the offerings to cater to local tastes. We opted for one of those Americanized modifications with a Chicken Roll. While not particularly authentic, it was still a tasty twist.
