I've been going here for years- like since I was a young child. Staff had always been nice, knowledgeable, and quality care is always received.

Great dentist I've worked w/ at Fusion. Of note, Dr. Labbs is personable, friendly and makes sure you're comfortable with your treatment.

Fusion Dental is my family's one stop shop for all dental needs. From pediatric to general dentistry, and ortho (Dr. Labbs is awesome), I couldn't ask for a better dental experience for my family. They have it all under one roof. And billing is never a hassle!

I have been coming here since 2015. Ever since the previous owner Bob left, fusion dental has been going down hill. Time to look else where.

I thought this would be the place, but this is not it. I have to say this was the worst experience ever. I would not recommend anyone to go to Aspen dental. Where do I start? First you make an appointment they do the x-rays and you wait at least an hour and a half in the room for the doctor. When the doctor comes in, she was very pleasant, but they didn't even look at my mouth. They only looked at the x-rays. They sent me directly to a financial desk to decide what my treatments plan will be. I had a broken crown on the side, that was my main concern. They told me that my crown couldn't be fixed that I would have to do either a partial implants or I can do extraction for a partial implant. They wanted to charge me $10,000 I told them let me think about it and got back to them. I decided to go with the extraction and just leave the bone just in case I do decide to get an implant. I called to make an appointment no return call. Few days later I called again a lady by the name of Nikki answers the telephone. I explain to her that I came in and I decided that I want get my tooth extracted and I'll worry about the rest of the things later which is the teeth whitening etc. First, she said she couldn't find my records and I have never been seen there which is incorrect. Then she finds it in the system and she keeps saying to me "I don't understand" I'm clearly explaining what I want done. She proceeded with " I don't understand" she proceeded to tell me "you can't just do one service" I said it makes no sense to me she response. Then all of a sudden she finds my records. and she said she's going talk to the doctor about it then I don't want any of the other options presented to me she'll call me back. She calls me back note today is September 23. She tells me that she spoke to the dentist and they said they could do that but I can't get seen until October 19. I asked was there anything earlier she said no then she quoted me a price of almost $300 to have my tooth removed. I said I have dental insurance and my insurace cost said that it should only cost $150 why is it 300 her response was I don't understand the question you're asking me she kept saying that it irritated me so badly. I was speaking clearly I said what I wanted and I don't think they like the fact that I only wanted one service they wanted to get more money it is price gouging and they are money hungry and I told her that I will not like to do this anymore. Once I said that she was even ruder and she said first of all, I didn't even let her finish with her first of all, I was done. I said first of all goodbye. The lady Nikki needs training she's rude and this location needs help. I should've take heed to the negative comments on Yelp and some of the other social media sites. Lesson learned.

I was in so much pain I couldn't chew on either side, and yet I felt dismissed and not taken seriously. That all changed when I called Posh Dental. Dr. Seihoun and his staff saw me right away, diagnosed the issue (two cracks in my tooth that had been missed before), and got me scheduled for the procedure the same week. The difference in care was night and day. Even when I had a smaller issue after my mercury filling replacement -- biting my cheek while waiting for my crown -- they got me in the very same day I called. The level of attention, compassion, and urgency they show is exactly what every patient deserves. From the hygienists to the front desk staff, everyone at Posh Dental makes you feel comfortable, informed, and pain-free. They explain everything step by step, check in constantly to make sure you're okay, and truly treat you like you matter. Dr. Seihoun is not only highly skilled, but also compassionate and thorough. After such a traumatic experience with my former dentist, I can honestly say Posh Dental Arts is my new dental home. I am so grateful I found them. If you want a dentist who will listen, act quickly, and give you the highest standard of care, look no further than Dr. Babak Seihoun and the team at Posh Dental Arts.

Immediately, Karen at the front desk worked with me to schedule the many appointments I needed. Patty has also been such a pleasure to talk with many, many days and she keeps my account up to date. When I met Dr. Olson for my consultation, I knew I had met the Dr. that would help me regain my confidence, by getting "my smile back". His compassion and HONESTY was not about getting the most money he could from me, but instead was about hearing my long term goal and offering me the options I could afford! Cindy, was the most gentle and considerate hygienist I had ever met in my life and took a genuine concern in ME and not just the "standard lecture of flossing every day". (I later learned Adrianna was the same, which was a relief because I was worried when Cindy wasn't available one day to do my cleaning). It's emotionally difficult being a 38 year old, reasonably attractive woman, who decides the best option for her dental health and self-esteem is to remove her front 6 teeth in order to prepare for implants. The prosthetics I have used, prepared by Dr. Olson and the lab, have given me MORE confidence and anticipation of excitement for the final product. I have recommended and will CONTINUE to recommend Dr. Olson for cosmetic and general dentistry. I am almost 2/3 of the way through my surgical treatment plan, I anticipate such happiness with my end result that I will gladly offer my photos to his "Before & After" section, FREE OF CHARGE!! :)

My first experience with them was about forty years ago when I had to start using dentures. Even my dentist recommended them as he said that they could do everything I needed for less than the cost it would be even with insurance. It was probably about $400. in total then. Fast forward to 2018 that while I was playing with a nephew and was karate kicked in the face and my upper denture fell to pieces. I took them in, and at first Dr White looked in amazement at the damage, but he actually was able to fix it. Total cost. $300. Now, we come to today. I am about to travel to Florida but noticed a crack in the upper denture. At first I thought about getting super glue but read that is the worst that you can do. I looked for some place that could help and found Thunderbird only moved their location. I explained my situation to Dr. White, and came in this morning. At first I thought I would have to come back that afternoon to pick my upper denture up, but amazingly he had it done much sooner than I had expected. The service was absolutely amazing. The office is spacious and very clean, and they do their best to make sure everyone is comfortable and at ease. The staff is very professional and compassionate. Others that I spoke to while waiting all told of how much it would have been getting their needs seen to at their regular dentists, even with insurance. While there, I was advised that in the future, I would most likely need to replace my dentures since my work was done so long ago, but even still for a complete, upper and lower set it would be $1000. That's without insurance. ( Note, they do not take insurance, only cash, check or credit card. But I guarantee you that even if your dentist can do this type of work, and you have insurance, you still will pay much more than you will at Thunderbird. I told someone else that I knew was looking for someone that could help with her dentures, and she was so happy to hear that there was affordable help for her. I have also had three other family members that used Thunderbird years ago. That is how I first found out about them, and then when my own dentist to go there, I knew that they were answer.

White Jr., who displayed an unacceptable, rude bedside manner and showed a complete lack of care for her comfort. He failed to measure and fit her dentures properly the first time, and when she needed help, he completely failed to fix the issues correcly. Because of his poor performace, bad attitude, and unprofessional treatment, she was left with uncomfortable dentures and an awful experience. However, after two visits for a veneer replacement, I can honestly say this office has completely redefined the experience for me. From the moment you walk in, you notice how efficient the operation is. The staff is incredibly attentive and well-mannered, treating every patient with genuine respect. One thing that really impressed me was their use of radios to coordinate. It allows them to manage their workload quietly and quickly, ensuring I was never left waiting or wondering what was next. It's seamless, modern, and highly efficient. What truly sets this team apart is how they handle the "human" side of dentistry. They do a terrific job of explaining every single step of the procedure. There are no surprises, which is a huge relief. If you are nervous or sensitive to pain, this is the place for you. They don't just make you feel "comfortable"--they make you feel important and valued (and pain free!!) My veneer replacement looks phenomenal. The attention to detail is evident during the temp and final result. These have been the two easiest and most enjoyable dental visits I've ever had. If you're looking for a team that combines skill with a truly patient-centered atmosphere, this is the place. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

They are shady need to be closed down -DEFINITY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUNG PEOPLE They charge for procedures that they don't do Want to be paid full price up front before submitting anything to the insurance company. Overcharge for procedures that are covered by insurance then refuse to refund the money!! My granddaughter went to them on July 26, 2026 for fillings & a pulp caps for 3 teeth. She was charged up front even with dental insurance. When we got the dental statement from her insurance company it showed they submitted a claim for 2 procedures - my grandaughter was charged for 3 procedures. My granddaughter showed me the bill and explanation of benefits from the insurance company showing the difference. I called Creigh Crandall DDS Waldorf PC dba Dental Care of Waldorf the next day regarding the bill and insurance explanation. The office manager claimed it was a mistake and she would credit the money to my granddaughter's account. I told them she wants a refund - she would not be coming back. Then asked why no one called to let my granddaughter know she had a refund coming. She said we just put it in the account as a credit. I believe if I didn't call it would of stayed in their account!! I also asked why did the office charge her upfront when you clearly see she has insurance. THE OFFICE MANAGER ANSWER TO ME WAS THAT SHE SEEN MY GRANDDAUGHTER WAS ONLY 19 THEY WANT TO BE PAID AND MOST YOUNG PEOPLE DON'T PAY!!! I was floored!!! I asked how can you assume when she clearly has a job and dental insurance. Her answer was this is the way we get our money. My other question to the office manager (this office will not give you names) was why the pulp caps were not turned into the insurance and why did you charge my granddaughter full price? She came back and said pulp caps are not covered by insurance - really?. I called the insurance company United Health spoke to a representative asked him about the pulp caps - if they were covered? Per insurance rep they are covered at 80%, the dental office needs to resubmit the claim. I called Creigh Crandall DDS Waldorf PC dba Dental Care of Waldorf spoke to the office manager and told her I called the insurance company the pulp caps are covered to please resubmit the claim, my granddaughter is due a refund in the amount of $247.60 She said she would let the woman who does the insurance claims know when she comes into the office. I asked when would she be in the office, she claimed in a couple days. I called back 2 days later, spoke to this rude woman who does the insurance claims she immediately said she received a statement from the insurance company it was not covered. I said okay I would call the insurance company to find out why they are telling me pulp caps are covered and sending her something that it is not. Come to find out she didn't submit a claim for the pulp caps, she resubmitted the claim she has already been paid for. The insurance company asked me if they could put me on hold so they could call her and get it straighten out. She refused to talk to him, refused to get on a three way call with me, told the rep the dental office was not contracted with United Health Care. They clearly are. Would not speak to him and hung up. Creigh Crandall DDS Waldorf PC dba Dental Care of Waldorf owes my granddaughter $247.60. If they don't give her a refund, I will go to the state's attorney and file a small claim against them. I also filed a complaint with the better business Bureau & filed a grievance with my granddaughter's insurance company against the dental office.
