The weekend front desk staff is always so friendly, approachable, and smiling, but unfortunately, this person was the exact opposite. On the bright side, the Brunson sandwich was absolutely delicious, and the chipotle sauce gives it a fantastic flavor. The coffee itself was okay, but it had way too much French Vanilla creamer and I didn't taste the caramel syrup like I usually do. The place is on Post Ave and it is a one or two man operation from what I've seen. The guy that runs the place seems pretty nice. The interior is pretty run down looking and there are bags of chips and cup noodles that look like they've been there for the past 20 years. They do have tables both inside and outside if you order food to stay. I think the food here is fairly solid and priced pretty decently with all things considered in late 2021. I usually get either the hungry man hero (ham, bacon, sausage, eggs and cheese on a hero. About $7 plus tax) or the pancake breakfast platter (pancakes, eggs, meat of choice. $9 plus tax). Both orders will fill you up pretty well. This is probably a decent place to get a BEC.
