I really had to come back on here for a second review. Fuse is by far the best company to hire for your HVAC and appliance repair. We have a10 year old miele refrigerator that recently stopped working after a power outage. Turns out it needed some new parts. Fuse was on it right away. So far they have been here three times and consistently have been on time, are polite and neat. Our furnace is a power house now as they installed dampers and nests to heat a two story home efficiently. Also repaired our washer very quickly I might add. They are so reasonable priced. I researched the unit that was quoted, it was a good quality, reliable unit, and the price was the same or better that anything I could find elsewhere. The next day the old HVAC went from producing luke warm to cold air. I had a service scheduled but the soonest was 4 days away with a cold spell coming. I had to contact them to find out 2 days later that the part was "out of stock." Not only was their response quick, but they were able to come that afternoon (a Saturday) and the rates were the same as on a weekday (pay a minimal fee for a diagnosis that could be applied to the repair). He diagnosed the issue and ordered the part. This we where my husband was super impressed..... they gave a two hour window to come that Tuesday, the office called ahead (15 minutes before arrival), Alex arrived at the beginning of the time slot, and repaired the dryer quickly and without issue! Vlad came out to fix my A/C this morning. He arrived at the promised time and quickly diagnosed the problem and knew what caused the failure. Turned out my capacitor was the issue. He had the part in his van and changed it out. He was very knowledgeable as he answered all my questions about the unit. Pricing was transparent and he didn't try to up sell me anything. He also changed out the insulation around the pipe for free as my old one was cracking. As we were walking into the house to also check the furnace to make sure everything was properly running, he quickly heard a weird sound it was making and knew immediately what was causing it. I didn't even ask him to diagnosed it since I just wanted the A/C running again. But that was how professional he was.
