I'm no expert, but I think that's why the nails last and look good AF for weeks. Be prepared to be pampered during your time there. They have tea, water and snacks because the process takes some time, but I look forward to my "me" time here. I've even had a delicious lavender latte! The ladies are nice and funny, and the atmosphere is so inviting. There are three tvs, chargers for your phone - I've even seen people bring their laptops to work. I'm a plain Jane when it comes to nails but I've seen them execute stunning designs. I almost don't want to share this place because I don't want ya'll taking my appointment times but I can't, not share. They do more than nails too! Tips: cash payment for services only and tip them well-they work hard!! Appointments are scheduled via text. They really try to work around your schedule. I was told she wasn't available, so I asked if they could recommend someone with similar experience. I was assured that a note would be made and that I would be taken care of. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The technician I was assigned seemed unfamiliar with the color I was requesting and struggled to understand what I wanted. The polish application was poorly done, with bubbles and an uneven finish, requiring it to be removed and redone. Even after explaining that I wanted a pearl or shimmery color, I was not given suitable options and ended up with plain white nails--a color I did not want. To make matters worse, the service felt rushed. My pedicure was incomplete, and I never received the foot massage that is normally part of the experience. After spending extra time correcting mistakes, I was quickly sent on my way. I have been a customer for some time, which made this experience especially frustrating and disappointing. I went in for a basic manicure and pedicure to clean up my nails, toes, and cuticles. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible from the start. The man who did my manicure wasn't friendly or gentle. He never asked how I wanted my nails shaped and immediately started filing. My fingernails are now uneven and crooked, there's still dirt underneath them, and my cuticles look awful. It was honestly the worst manicure I've ever had. The woman who did my pedicure was nice, but the quality of the work was just as disappointing. My heels actually look worse than they did before I came in, and my toenails are crooked and jagged and I'll be going home too, even them out on my own. I can't believe I spent nearly $60 for such poor service. To make matters worse, when I was checking out, the woman at the front looked at my tip and asked if I was going to leave more.
