We love our little puppy Niko, who we adopted from Furry Canines Rescue. Rose has been there to answer any questions we have. She was great to work with, anticipated any problem we have, and is a phone call away anytime we have concerns. She is fantastic! She made the adoption process so smooth and easy. We loved working with Rose and love our little pupper.

I have had a very positive experience with this rescue. I adopted my dog at 8 weeks old in November and Rose had made the entire process incredibly easy. Rose is very nice, answers all my questions and is very easy to contact whenever I need something. I would recommend this rescue to anyone who is looking to adopt. I absolutely adore my puppy and couldn't imagine life without her now.

I had been looking to adopt a dog for awhile and fell in love with one on petfinder.com From there I was linked to Rose and Furry Canines Rescue. She reached out to me right away and explained what she does and answered all of my questions in detail. The whole process was very quick and easy and Rose made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I brought Lilly home and we are doing great! Let Rose help you find your furrever friend! :)

We adopted our baby Quinn from Rose and couldn't be happier! The adoption process was easy and Rose was very flexible when it came time to meet up for shots. Quinn got spayed yesterday at the clinic in garden grove and the surgery seemed to go well! When it is time to adopt another pup we will be contacting Rose again.

My husband and I were first time pet owners and were looking to adopt a dog about 6 months ago. I searched online and found the cutest dog and messaged Rose. She was very forthcoming about prior health conditions and made sure to ask about our lifestyle and living arrangements. Eventually she found us a dog that was a better fit for us, we met him and fell in love with each other on the spot!! Shadow was a little black maltipoo that was found on the streets with his hair so matted they had to pretty much cut it all off. When we saw him for the first time he was so tiny and skinny! Anyway, Rose helped us with the paperwork, interviewed us more about what his living conditions would be, helped explain to us the fundamentals of dog ownership and how to provide a loving home for him. She made sure he got all his shots before sending him home with us, and even called us a month later to check in and see how he was doing. The adoption process was so easy and seamless! Shadow is now so much a part of our family I can't remember what it was like before we had him! If you are considering adopting a dog, you won't go wrong with Furry Canines :)

Kimberly was informative, helpful, and friendly with providing information and letting me see her foster. She was patient and let me spend as much time as I wanted with the kitty to get acquainted with her. Mary handled the application and provided an abundance of information regarding the adoption process and bringing kitty home. She went through our information that we filled out in our application and asked us any questions she needed to know in regards to potential adoption, which makes perfect sense in wanting the best for their foster cats! The volunteers truly care about these cats and it shows. I highly recommend anyone who is serious about adopting a cat to consider Cats in Need Fullerton to find their furrever friend! It's a complete waste of your time, and you'll end up leaving frustrated regardless of what your need is. Read through the reviews posted in 2021, and you can see that they all speak for the same experience I had. Try another rescue. I have 2 separate occasions when I contacted them - (1) when I tried to adopt a second cat, and (2) when I found a stray kitten and tried to get it taken to a rescue. Both occasions went to total trash. For situation #1, I was denied because apparently there are too many coyotes and raccoons living in my area (La Mirada). I live in a area right next to an elementary school where kids walk to school everyday. I've yet to see a coyote or a raccoon in this neighborhood, clearly they don't know their geography and don't do any research. For situation #2, they asked for a photo of the cat, and after sending the pictures no reply ever since. I have a feeling they'll only take kittens that look pretty and would sell for money, which defeats the purpose of a rescue to begin with. Don't waste your time here unless you want to leave with a bad taste in your mouth.

I still suffer a tiny bit with asthma . I adopted Kk and Bo when they were almost 8 in 2018. It is now 2025, so they are 15, almost 16 . I still follow BROC along with Bichon rescues. If you know anything about bonded sibling dogs, they do not go anywhere without each other. It is the cutest thing. BROC told me about this, and I didn't believe them but BO follows his sister around like he is his daughter, protecting her and watching over her all the time. She's actually the larger of the two and Bo lets her eat his food and his treats. I have kept in touch with BROC over the years. Now, I have to make a difficult decision. BROC is by my side, helping me make a decision. Should I get a new dog before one of them pass so the other one has a distraction or wait? Right now I am currently looking at Rockwell. He is a male bichon eight years old,15 pounds. Clearly, Rockwell is not eating steak for dinner....YET! My bichons are 22 And 24 lbs! BROC has made one human and two doggies almost 3 doggies. I spoke with our hosts over the phone before the party. They answered all of my questions, offered to configure the lobby for our needs, and assured me that there would be several volunteers assisting on the night of the party. We loved hosting such a unique party. All our daughter's friends were mesmerized by the cats. With so many cats in multiple rooms (kitten room, main room, quiet room), each of the girls and adults found their "spot" and had a great time. There was more than enough space for the 23 guests we had The cats were so sweet and fun. With dozens of cats in the same room, you might think that the cats would be fighting or disruptive, but it was just the right mix of calm and playfulness. We brought in pizza and cupcakes, which we set up in the lobby. Cat Nap graciously provided tablecloths and some paper goods. The lobby is small and doesn't have the space for seating, but the girls didn't mind standing or sitting on the floor while they ate. They were eager to get back to the cats, so we didn't spend much time with the food. The volunteers absolutely blew us away with their hospitality. They offered to help us set up and haul trash, and they provided a first aid kit to a couple of our guests who got scratched by the kitties. They answered questions from our curious guests, and they kept the space very clean through the whole evening. Overall, we are so happy to have hosted a party at Cat Nap! Several of our guests are now asking their parents to have their birthday parties there, too!
